The folks at L and L are always professional and helpful. They are also honest and will not try to sell anything you do not need.

Super helpful and very quick! There is a reason they have been in business so long and keep growing past their store size. They were able to narrow down my problem over the phone and got me back on the water the same day I brought my boat in. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

The only place that I trust for service. Great people that also have a great selection of parts and accessories.

My nephew took his boat and motor to this establishment to have the water pump replaced. They left the metal o ring out which caused the motor to over heat and melt other critical parts. Then when he brought it back to have them fix all the things that the lack of all the parts to begin with caused. They told him it couldn't be covered by the warranty because it had been ran out of water! Ummm no that is not correct it had the original problem and due to the metal o ring that was left out other problems due to over heating! If I don't get a positive response by tomorrow afternoon I'm going to go a level up! He was also banned from this establishment! Never good for business to oust your paying customers. Good luck with that!

Both time these people had my boat they kept it a long time. After the first time I said I would give them another try, but came to regret it, as they kept misleading me on when my boat would be repaired, and finally I went and picked it up to take to another repair shop where I got it fixed promptly.i understand there are sometimes delays for various reasons in these types of places, but to mislead a customer is unprofessional and dishonest. Would not recommend L&L for any boat repair.

Went there today for a new water separator filter for my Yamaha. I was so impressed with how much inventory of parts and accessories they had with good prices. I suggest anybody living in the Freeport area like myself stop into them next time your in need of anything for your boat and save a trip to Destin or elsewhere!

Great people to work with. Found parts that I needed and had questions about my old outboard motor to hand down to grandson and they helped tremendously. They're always happy to help with free advice. Surely can't say that about others.

This post has nothing to do with the store but everything to do with the service dept. After letting them do an annual maintenance on outboard, and having them charge an additional hour for "testing" the motor out I put boat in water and immediately noticed the idle had been reduced to 500 RPM, causing sputtering and near stalling. My impression of the mechanic/owner is he believes he knows more than you do about your motor.it just turned me off. And on top of that they also charged another half hour labor just because I asked them to check the air in the tires. That is no way to treat a new customer or retain regular ones, in my opinion.
