12Outraged by the terrible customer service of Lobel Financial, I have had to make different calls and they have never treated me as poorly as on the one on August 25 and today, September 8, where I experienced a total lack of respect for their departments and especially for the legal one where it seems that robots will speak and not people. As a client, I deserve dignified and professional treatment but the opposite is received, which is why I request that immediate measures be taken to rectify this situation and radically improve your customer service #PesimoServicio
. It bothers me a lot that the interest is really high (the worst) and that they also don't let you refinance with themselves. I advise you to try other banks first.on the other hand, if you have this bank it was because you did not have the approval of other banks, which means that they have given you the opportunity to start and that is meritorious, such was my case. I do not regret it despite seeing how interest drains me
The worst service in the world, be very careful with this group of people, they don't know directions to the customer, they tell you a number and then triple it, they accepted a social message from the dealer that doesn't belong to me, I DON'T KNOW, and so they don't care And when I put them on notice, they delete that social and handle everything as if it never existed, Jennifer Medina (the agent), the only thing she told me is "Do what you have to do, I don't care. " It seems to me more than fraud, deception is the worst thing I could have done in life, be careful, advise first!
The worst finance ever! They don't give you any information, there is no clear communication with the customer. They use a totally old and archaic system. I strongly advise you to avoid this bank. My car was never uninsured and they out of the blue charged me an extra $100 claiming my car was uninsured. Completely incorrect charge. They ask to fax the proof of insurance, considering that this is the 21st century and everyone uses email these days and not fax.
If a can put less 10000000 I would do it, they are the worst, police or somebody should do something, they rob the people with really high interest, and I been trying to get a paid off dealer from them but every single time I call them they say something different and ask me for a different document alway they are the worst in the world actually I’m getting an lawyer to do something because they just trying rob you
Be really careful they work with Franco automotors so ne ever ever get a car credit from them never!
This bank is crap, if you are new to the United States and need a car, do yourself a great favor by not taking the car with this company, they suddenly raise the price without warning and be careful because their objective is to take the car to sell it again, I made that mistake, I am paying a super high fee and having to deal with them all the time, be patient and wait for a better option.

The replenishment department closes from 12 to 1 pm everyone goes out for lunch together and closes the office and customers wait for them
Jennifer Medina attended me and not only did she mistreat me, but the service in general was lousy. This entity should better train their customer service agents. But what can we expect if the phone that appears as "customer service" doesn't even work. I had to call another department and ask them to please transfer me. But seriously, Jennifer Medina, you treated me horrible, I hope they take action on you.
The customer service workers are very good but to speak with replacement I spent 1 hour online then they were on break for another hour and when I called at the time they were still on Break I have been trying to contact them for 3 hours without a doubt a lousy poor service from the owners I will finance this with these lazy workers
Please try to stay away from this SCAMMY company! They tell you that they do not have your insurance information and that they are going to charge you more for your monthly payment, in my case $140 extra to the monthly payment. You send them insurance information and they keep saying they have no information. Thieves do not fall into this trap.
I refinance my car a year after I got it my apr with was 21% and the new loan holder is at 8%. I call to find out how much money I would be getting back $125. I’ve paid over $8000 and they didn’t even apply $280 to principal and the rest in interest. Which was about $345 or more towards interest. How does that equal me only receiving $125 out of at least $4,485 interest
