The dermatologist is awesome she never stops searching for ways to make my hidradenitis improve so that I can be comfortable my other dermatologist just kept referring me out to someone else never tried meds or anything it was always nothing she could do I thank God for this Dr she keeps a idea or what to try to make it better

The doctor's attention is excellent except for the lady who was at the frondes on Tuesday, November 28 and made me wait for 2 hours and in the end I left and she never told Dr. Catherine that she had a patient waiting for her. So Otherwise I have no complaints, even today I told a friend of mine to see Dr Catherine. The patient's name is Rosa

Everyone is professional and attentive.
No wait in lobby. Went in at scheduled appt time. Dr Locicero is a very sweet person. All of the above is true. I would highly recommend Locicero Medical Group.

I absolutely feel so blessed to have had Dr. Gonzalez take care of me! She was so kind, attentive and informative of my “situation”! She even played Billie Holiday per my request to keep me calm during the procedure! Grateful LoCicero Health!

Great place. Many services in same building. All employees seemed happy and caring. Best medical facility ever been to. Dermatology P. A, Brianna, put my favorite music on and we chatted during office surgery. She kept me informed on what she was doing also. All employees make u feel very comfortable. LocHealth center on S Mac Dill Ave in Tampa.

Update: This is just another reminder to NOT come here. Had an appointment over the summer for my mother and the nurses reassured me that there is new staff and that a physical therapist would finally contact us to get her started (she needs physical therapy for a stroke). Not one phone call. Please heed my warning and do not come here. None of the staff care at all. Have never been so happy to leave a doctors office and a review like this. It’s shameful.

If you care about yourself or your family members do NOT come here. The only easy time we had was my mothers first initial appointment with Dr Locicero. After that it has all gone downhill and despite follow up appointments we haven’t seen her since.

The real huge cog in the machine here is EILEEN the referral coordinator. She straight up lies to not only us but other providers who have contacted her and NEVER keeps you updated or contacts back as promised. I never leave reviews like this but she should honestly be fired 100000x over.

You need healthcare providers who actually care about your plan of health! Not just basic check ups. And the fact that even the referral coordinator is a mess at her job along with other nurses we have encountered is SO unacceptable. Haven’t heard from anyone in months on simple referrals for my mother.

Please heed this warning and do not go here for your care. They all need to do way better and treat people as more than a name on a paper. The fact that I know more than Eileen does in her own job is INSANE. We have had a referral request since NOVEMBER 2022 for physical therapy and a neurologist. Been to follow up appointments to get it handled. Multiple phone calls. And they still haven’t sent a claim to the insurance company.

Never ever ever again.

Dr. Karon Locicero is an impresive knowledgeable and resourceful professional. I respect and appreciated her professional attention and care. I highly recommend these amazing medical group. Good location and clean environment.

1st visit to see the doctor was great. Since then, I cannot get anyone to request my refill for a medication that I need to survive. The front desk will only transfer a call, and after that nobody will do anything to help. If you are someone who needs continuing care, you may want to go elsewhere where they actually care.

I’ve been going to the South Tampa office weekly for 3 months now. I find the staff very nice and professional. Latrista ARNP works with me to make sure I have everything I need for my visits and works with my time consuming insurance necessities. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. Sam at front desk is very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this facility.

Arrived and my physician and his staff had already reviewed my test results and provided feedback and recommended care options. In and out, Locicero provided VERY prompt and to timely ENT care. Claude

Staff is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, curtious. Dr George s is amazing. My feet haven’t felt this great in years. I can actually walk without pain. I have been recommending her to everyone I know, because the best advertising is word of mouth. She’s the best ever.
