I called them to gain access to a commercial property. Despite I was told that they would charge $55, when he got there he just took a screw driver put it between the door and the frame and pushed down the dead bolt to open the door. Then told me that the repair would cost $800, when I said it was too expensive he said then it was $125 to go out there and open the door (which didn't even take him a minute and required no expertise to put a screw driver between the door and the frame). Total Scam Artists! Another company went and replaced the whole mechanism and charged me $450 for the same work he said would cost me $800.

Called for a locksmith was told 30-45 min after 1.5 hours no one shows up and called both the office and tech and no one answers. Won't be using again.

Ben was awesome! Came super quick, worked even quicker. Got a key with a fob for a lot cheaper than any other locksmith in the area I called.

He couldn't make a copy for the car key, he claimed that ignition needs to be repaired and it costs 360 $.
After he left I called another locksmith and he made a key in 20 mints.

Contacted them to get a spare keyvfob for my MB and they responded in a timely fashion and not only were they able to provide me with a programmed keyfob but were able to cut the key on the spot.
