DO NOT USE LOCKE INSURANCE GROUP! I canceled my homeowner's policy in July 2023 because it was DOUBLE the price of what everyone else was charging. I checked in with them in October and then again in December to confirm the cancellation and I still have not received my $4,000 refund (we are in January 2024).

I do not give bad reviews, especially of small businesses, but this has been a truly awful experience. Avoid using them if you can.

Working with Ryan has been absolutely amazing. He was able to ease my anxiety with not being able to find insurance in a timely matter and get everything up and running for us.

Unfortunately I've been chasing one of their agents to renew our home insurance.
I've left multiple messages with other employees and the agent does not return my call, do they actually pass the messages along?
This process should be easier and I should not have to chase the agent to get things done.
