Never received a receipt, have proof of order. Need to return and will not. I was able to find correct size item at another store. They can easily get my receipt from the day before. Customer Care did respond to assist, but now been a week! So, customer service is not priority. Never been treated so poorly over a return! I order many things from here. But not ever again.

Went in the store today to purchase lightning jerseys for our kids. The store employees were playing filthy music, lots of foul language including the N word. We had to remove our kids immediately. Will not go back

Management seems lazy on sundays. Every other store in the mall was open except them. Definitely need to get better employees who aren’t lazy

Managers and supervisors purposely take the phones off the hook because they don’t wanna be bother with phone calls for the remainder of the Super Bowl weekend I drove two hours to receive no information only because they don’t want to pick up the phone which only takes one second to say hey we are out of Stock On this item please call back at a later date unprofessional they need more training

The new Manager Vincent is excellent at his job! I go to him for all inquires as he knows his merchandise. Very impressive!
