Locker Room by Lids, Clearwater FL

Sadly this store lost me as a customer. Too many times now I've gone in and received terrible customer service in this location.

This is by far the worse ran lids in the area.
The “general manager” joe cline (I don’t even know if this is the name that is listed but it is what the employee gave me) was not able to help with a simple exchange due to sizing with no receipt. The whole reason why I even came to this store is because I got sent here by customer service. This is atrocious communication all around

I woul but no star if I could. Arrogant stuff unfriendly and not willing to help by any questions. And overpriced merchandise.

Maybe teach your employees how to deal with People and their Disabilities rather than come off snarky and arrogant. Store was nice, Customer service should have been better.

Store worker was very nice, but if you're looking for anything Miami as far as hurricanes, dolphins, Florida State, the worst place you can ever shop for, then the excuses are- go online.what's the purpose of having a sports store for teams that are successful and you have nothing. Grant it Florida State and Miami have been down the last few years but man 2 hats for each team that's ridiculous and you're in Florida, Also I thought I was at the Yankee complex they have more Yankee shirts and hats than they do TB Rays and Buccaneers combined I think! Terrible

Overpriced mostly but was more annoyed at spending 100 and then being told I'd have to pay $1 for a box. I'm not running my card for a box. Tell people beforehand.

Only because there wasn't enough items representing my team. A little pricey. Customer service was good.

Had to exchange a NFL jersey, staff seemed very put out helping me look at jerseys on top row, which you can not do by yourself they are like 15' high, unfortunately you have to have assistance. You spend $145.00 on a jersey even in a mall shop I expected better of the staff, I was courtesy the gentleman and woman working there were not service with a smile kind of staff. Great Jersey though!

The Store is supposed to open at 10 and it's and it's 11 o'clock a.m. It's still not open. The employees are just sitting in the the store chatting. I was going to buy a rays shirt before the game and couldn't even buy anything or enter the store.
