Loews Miami Beach Hotel

Always great! Once again Loews South Beach delivers. I stay at this hotel 7-10 times a year and have a great experience every time. The property located is great. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and super helpful. In particular, Kayla Parker in VIP services has always been great to work with.

My chiropractic office cafeoflifechiropractic is on 25th and collins and I went to visit a friend that was staying here in Miami Beach. The Loews hotel looked very Luxurious from the outside and it did not disappoint. I had dinner and went to the pool. Everything was very comfortable and luxurious. The service was fantastic. One of the best hotels in Miami.

The price is fair based on what I’ve seen in Miami. If you like variations like me this is the perfect place, and you don’t need to be staying at the hotel. They will treat you like you are.

They lost my reservations at check in, stood there for 45 min until they found it. Finally got to the pool for my watery daiquiri with ice chunks. Can only get better from here

Great hotel for Miami Beach! The Quality of everything was spectacular, but the biggest takeaway is the incredible service in every aspect of the hotel. They do a great job in hiring and training their staff and it is evidenced in every interaction you have with a Lowes employee.

We had a wonderful experience at the Loews Miami! Every staff member I encountered from the valet, check in, cleaning staff, the swimming pool / beach staff, all the restaurants workers were delightful and eager to help! The room was very clean (you have to request now due to covid), comfortable and the view was amazing. We stayed in a ocean front room and glad we made this upgrade (had booked an ocean view one). All the above made us extend our stay with 1 more week!
The vacation was extra special for us since we did the gender reveal of our bundle of joy there. The concierge (we kept in contact with Danny) was great to accommodate our wishes on this big day.
Focal Point Experience, Felipe and the other staff member, was the best decision we made while planning the gender reveal. Very responsive, flexible and incredible easy to work with! The photos are absolutely beautiful and the video is one of our best memories by far!

Additionally the food, the spa services, the salon are worth mentioning and another reason to come back again!

To sum it up definitely recommend Loews Hotel to whoever wants to enjoy a relaxing vacation!

Nice location. Unchecked guests get a little loud at night. Especially people that should know how to raise their children to have more manners. And respect.

Would NOT recommend the St Moritz.this Hotel felt old and Dirty.for the $$ that we paid, I expected a much nicer and cleaner hotel.

Great location and well maintained property but I was expecting better room quality for $$$. It was so noise from the outside wind that you can hardly get any sleep in the room.

Staff and service is incredible. Located centrally in south beach this place is a must try if like clean accommodations, attentive staff and great drinks pool side!

I booked the Loews for a weekend getaway for my sister’s birthday! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Firstly, the hotel is beautiful! Everyone was so welcoming, we were checked in by Michael, so pleasant and friendly! The rooms are very spacious, luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed! The pool scenery is like something in a magazine

The location is perfect and walking distance to shopping and in the vicinity of all of the well known nice restaurants. We travel A LOT and this is the first hotel in the States that gave us an out of the country feel (we feel that resorts out of the country cater to guest better)!

The food is to die for! The drinks are to die for! (Highly recommend the fish tacos by the
pool and frozen lemonade). Even with covid, we were still able to have an awesome time! This place is a must when in Miami!

Pros: Fantastic food and service. Michael checked us in upon arrival, we felt so welcomed. Beautiful resort with excellent beach.

Cons: We had a very noisy neighbor.
The shower in our room was not cleaned well - hair in the drain. Ewww.

The facilities are beautiful. The food at all the restaurants is delicious it only issue is that you never find chairs by the pool. All four days we came down before 9: 00 a.m. And they were all taken already either your pool area is too small or you have too many guests at a time.

Went before the pandemic. Pool was packed during noon but great. Staffs went beyond on service! The location is great, beach at the hotel was clean and amazing.

This was a wonderful place to spend my birthday weekend! The staff was polite and extremely proficient. They were attentive to our needs even beyond the hotel's premises. I left my jacket and they (Paul and Kadeem from security/lost and found) returned it to me within less than three business days. I will stay there again and again. Thank You!

Great hotel, clean, friendly knowledgeable staff. Allows service dogs and normal pets. Great food. Best eggs Benedict I have ever had. And I always get eggs Benedict where ever I go for breakfast. You won’t regret staying here.
