Very rude and confrontational employees specially the manager. Dadeland store has a very professional staff. Rather drive out of my way than to deal with the employees at Kendall village store.

They have a great selection of women’s contemporary clothing; dresses and separates at great prices.

Great customer service at this location. If you like casual contemporary styles you’ll like shopping here. Look out for their specials!

Terrible customer service. The store manager is less than helpful in trying to resolve an issue. Prefers to lose a $300 sale (and a customer) than to make any effort to contact her customer service for assistance in dealing with a problem. It’s unfortunate because I like the store, and the sales associate that helped me was wonderful. Online customer service number took care of my order in 5 minutes - they took the time to listen, offer a solution, and politely place my order. Will not return to that store.

I was just there right now 6: 40pm with my mom and we had a really nice cashier with curly hair, glasses and he had a Boston shirt. Very helpful and kind, I hope he gets the recognition his customer service deserves.

Customer service was not good. I bought a size L dress online, but it looks like 2XL. They told me it was a final sale and they couldn't exchange it for me. In short, the customer pays if the sizes run larger. Unbelievable.

They have good quality clothes but in the month of December you only find winter clothes even though it is not cold in Miami.
