I booked two vehicles may 5th 2022 for pickup may 18 2022. I booked these two who for a very important photo/ video shoot with a high profile mucus artist. I get there the day of and they tell me one of the two doesn’t work! DON’T WORK? !? !? !

They didn’t even try and fix the problem they wasted my time with no possible solution. Now I have to find a replacement in such short notice with a 15k budget in line with with this high profile artist. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. YOU’RE BETTER OFF ASKING YOUR FRIEND TO BORROW THEIR CAR

I wish I could give this place a no stars they are some liars and will try and keep your money if you don’t pay attention to videos and the car. You have some honest people there and majority are liars. Be very careful when renting a car from this place. Make sure you take pictures and videos of the vehicle before you leave. Make sure they are very detailed.

Just dropped off a car was delt with excellent customer service, quick and easy transaction. The cars they offer are all extremely nice an clean.

This place is a literal joke! Nobodies on the same page as far as rental stipulations! They charge 200$ a day for underage fee even if you have your own insurance. Prices excessive for the cars! I’d recommend looking elsewhere. They charge super high rates for only 150 miles a day! Look elsewhere or be scammed!
