This is the example of how not to manage a marina. Their prices are lower than everywhere else for a reason.

Great experience staying here. Hard to believe only the four people on staff run this marina so well. Good team work. They made everything for us as easy as it could be. Thanks!

Beautiful, secure marina run by a great staff. A quick UBER ride away from almost anything you want and you'll come back knowing that you're in a gated facility.

Tim Westphal should not be running a marina if he does not like dealing with people.beyond unprofessional.

I would like to thank all the workers at the marina for an amazing winter season there. They are very first marina that I have ever stay at, that the staff went out of their way to be nice an helpful. Courtney helped me get everything lined up. She is amazing.

Lori and Tim also did a great job and made the stay so nice.

Thanks again and I will be back in the fall.ps. Javier made the morning coffee entertaining also.

I was moving my boat here from the other marina associated with this located in Aventura because of construction that is taking place at the Aventura location. I recently lost my father and I have the boat for sale & due to construction at the Aventura location I was moving my boat to the Hollywood location so the broker can continue to access it which has been a tough experience. I called TIM the “general manager” at the Hollywood location to ask about getting help with my wet slip assignment after already arranging my boat to be picked up & after signing a contract with the sister marina here in Hollywood since the boat was heading there I wanted to make sure the process went smooth. I spoke to Tim the general manager who was not only rude from the moment he answered but also told me that I should not have a boat if I personally didn’t know how to transfer it to the west slip which wasn’t an issue I called to ask about the time I should bring the boat. TIM is well aware I just lost my father who’s boat this is & am doing my best to move to from the other location due to construction but instead of being helpful TIM not only canceled my contract for my wet slip but told me that he only has special needs people working for him so they can’t help me. First off that is a GIFT to have people with special needs working for you so for him to use that as a reason that he can’t help me with my wet slip assignment was a disgrace. Tim is terrible, unprofessional & on a power trip. I called to ask about the simple instructions that I was given from their other marina & he lost it and took away my slip. DISGUSTING.

New name Hollywood Marina. Tim & Courtney do a great job here running the Marina. Plenty of good boat owners who watch out for each other. Known as the Hollywood Hurricane Hole!

They aren’t accepting any boats older than 2005. My boat is an 87 but completely rebuilt and newly painted in 2021 and looks better than most of the boats in there. There were clearly many many boats older than 2005. The girl in the office wasn’t the friendliest about it. “Yah, I’m serious. We don’t want old boats” clearly she hasn’t looked in the Marina.

Quiet Marina, wonderful staff, great facilities.

I am departing this marina after a year. I highly recommend it to both liveaboard and those sailing through. This is a protected marina with no wakes and a light breeze. The facilities and staff are both great. The price is in line with other local marina's. However the facilities are definitely a large step above the rest. You won't be disappointed.

Can't really judge gated community we're supposed to look at a boat that was for sale couldn't reach the hour or couldn't even get in to see the boat waste of time driving from Maryland to here set up an appointment can't get a hold of the person I can't really fault the Marina

Courtney, Lori, and Tim are wonderful to work with. They bent over backwards trying to help us. They are the epitome of customer service! The marina is clean, convenient, and everyone is so friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending.

One of the best marinas in Florida for riding out a hurricane. Very quiet marina with almost no wake activity. Would be 5 star if they had access to their pool facilities.

Good but limited in size vessel, and limited in services. Staff not very knowledgeable. I wouldn't bring in anymore more than 45' LOA
