Went to inquire about having my company logo embroidered this morning July 22,2019, I brought in my Masonic emblem and my company logo to have stitched on the back of a work shirt. After explaining to the young man from the back, because the older gentleman and young lady didn’t acknowledge my existence when entering the establishment, he (the young man from the back) began to tell me why they wouldn’t/couldn’t embroider my desires. The conversation went from being “it’s going to be really costly” ($80.00), to how much thread it would take to create the embroidered piece. I don’t know if it was a micro -aggression when informed “it’s going to be expensive” as if I couldn’t afford their work, or I was being goaded to make the purchase. I was pre-warned of this establishments attitude and demeanor ahead of time. Being foolish, I gave them the benifit of the doubt, and found out that their reputation of being nasty, contrite, and snobbish are all true.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.the artist there is second to none and comes up with super creative art.the embroidery dept.is really quick and a great price for the quality! I have been to other places around and this company is without a doubt the best choice around.

This shop has a lot of issues. Keep trying to give them the benefit of doubt but time and time again they prove how inept they are at every facet of designing and billing. We're moving on.

The owner of this company was very rude to my staff and failed as a business owner to handle basic customer service requests.

Don't use this company if you're in a hurry to get things done. If there is a problem with your order expect a hassle to get it corrected.
