Excellent repair and they sell the best shoes as well. Can’t believe how they address my alterations to comply with my leg brace. Kind courtesy and reasonably priced. Very pleasant people who are well confident. Hope they never go away

Mr. Lombardo was wonderful and helpful. His knowledge of fitting proper footwear as well as orthotics is the best we have ever encountered. They also have a great shoe selection. Well worth a visit.

In the past, I had only brought shoes for repairs and they had always gone above and beyond to meet my needs and requests. Yesterday, I stopped by to ask if they would stitch some Velcro backings on my backpack and I was surprised when they said yes, given that it’s a shoe repair shop! Today, I received a call stating that my backpack was ready. When I picked it up it was perfect, as if it had been done in the factory. I definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful staff. Very attentive to your individual issues and needs. Always very happy to do repairs on tough goods. Over the last several years, they’ve been able to do expert repairs on backpack zippers, leather belts, broken plastic clasps on Fanny packs, as well as shoe repairs! So happy to have access to such a versatile set of repair capabilities!

To come to the store you need a prescription but I have shoes that are specially made for diabetes and other things I don't know if they have another one in town but a lot of people go there it's a good place to know!

Even though it took about 2 weeks to get my shoes resoled, as usual they did a great job. My family has been going there for years and I have to say it has always been worth it. I once took a pair of boots someplace else and the work didn't hold up, I will stick with Lombardos! I did notice the review saying they had bad pizza is gone, I wonder if that's because they don't serve pizza!

For over 20 years I’ve had shoes, purses, luggage, motorcycle jackets and one finger of a leather glove haha (long story) repaired, straps and sleeves shortened and I was never disappointed in the workmanship!
