I have PCOS. I went and saw Dr. Vivian after getting off of the pill and looking for a way to help balance my hormones. Since seeing her, my period has regulated for the first time in 10 years naturally, I have less inflammation, sleep better, overall amazing! I feel amazing now and when I don't see her for two weeks I definitely feel it in my body. I am so happy that I found her and I feel better with every session. I definitely recommend her. She has been able to help me more than any medication has.

I originally was seeing another acupuncturist and made the switch several months into my pregnancy. Her treatments helped with my nausea, stress, and anxiety. Towards the end of my pregnancy, she worked with me, and we focused on treatments that helped get my baby into the correct position, in the end I had a natural birth which was my goal and my recovery was extremely quick. I was walking 3-5 miles again the next week and although motherhood was an adjustment, I felt relaxed and calm through the whole process. I attribute this to the work that she did with me. I can’t wait to start up again! I have referred her to several friends of mine and am so thankful to have found her and her practice.

I came to Dr. Vivian for induction for delivering my baby girl. Dr. Vivian is knowledgeable and professional. She treated me for plantar fasciitis and back pain during my pregnancy and gave me lots of relief. I had two appointments with her for the induction of labor and my baby was born 14 hours after the second appointment. I had a natural birth with no complications. I would recommend her to everyone!

It was in the month of June that I started seeing Dr Vivian for my irregular menstrual cycle, that was a part of the underlying PCOS issues I had. Dr. Shou-Litman is so wonderful, I can’t recommend her enough. I was experiencing extreme first trimester nausea (throwing up every day, fatigued, dizzy, etc) and came to her in a moment of desperation. The first time I met her I started crying (sorry about that!) when she asked if I was feeling alright. I was truly in terrible shape. After 3 sessions i felt significantly better. I was able to stop taking medication, had more energy and felt way less nauseous. I’ve seen the true benefit to her acupuncture treatments and recommend everyone with any issue gives her a shot. Dr. Shou-Litman is so kind and thorough and it’s clear she genuinely cares for her patients.

I am so blessed to have found Dr Vivian Yi Bin Shou-Litman. Having fibroids the only solution Doctors have suggested was surgery, which I did not want, so I gave it a try with Dr. Vivian and after about six months of treatment the fibroids are significantly reduced in size, which is difficult to believe by many people even me, since this was my first time going to acupuncture, but yes! It is true acupuncture works incredibly! And she has not only been able to help me with that. Since attending to sessions with her, my general well being has been improving at all levels including the emotional one. Her approach is to treat you from a holistic perspective and this is really what we all should look for to be able to tackle the root of the problem and not only the symptoms. I can't thank Dr. Vivian enough for all her dedication and the love that she puts into her profession I can feel how much love and knowledge she has and I feel very confident, lucky and thankful to be treated by a Doctor like her.

I am so glad I found Dr. Shou-Littman at the beginning of my pregnancy. I usually suffer from back pain and carpal tunnel and 8 months into getting acupuncture from her, I haven’t had any flare ups. I can tell the improvement in my scoliosis related pains after my appointments with her. If you have chronic pain and are pregnant or just aren’t able to manage your chronic pain, I really recommend her.

I injured my right leg and this caused me to suffer great pain whenever I tried to walk or run. After suffering for over a year hoping for my body to heal itself, I was lucky enough to visit Dr. Shou-Litman. Only 3 or 4 treatments later, my leg began to improve and I was able to soon resume my daily running schedule.
