Old fashioned and a long standing business in Campbell. Great burgers and fries with a nice condiment bar. Try the new garlic or chili fries. Beer served. Outside seating and doggies Okay. Easy parking.

Very bad service! After we sat down, we waited for about seven to eight minutes before someone came to ask us what we wanted to drink. Just as we wanted to order the appetizer, the waiter hurried away. Then we waited for a long time to find the manager and said that we had no one to serve. I waited for a long time to serve the food, but found that they did not place an order for one of our steaks. I really think that such a restaurant and such a waiter are really worth our consumption? I waited for a long time but did not wait for the meal I ordered, nor did I get the relative service. We don't need good service, but at least we must respect us as guests! When we checked out, the clerk just gave us a small ticket instead of using a check book. We said that we needed to pack the box, but the box we got was wet, like it was used and washed. This kind of shop really makes me feel helpless. And they also confused the meals of two of their friends, so I really doubt whether they are qualified to be a waiter? We maintained a respectful attitude throughout the whole process, but we got this kind of service. We also gave a tip. Won't go again! A place not worth spending at all!

We celebrated my Grandson high school graduation at Longhorn Steak house we had a blast, the waitress was friendly and helpful.

I've always felt that Longhorn is a little pricey for the amount of food on the late. That being said this was one of the smoothest curbside pick ups I've had in over 2 years.
Food was in time to the actual minute
Hot and cooked perfectly
Great taste and appearance
All the extras and sides were great.

We went to Longhorn in Davie and it was a very pleasant experience. We sat where I wanted, always important to me and we started with our server Andy and he was already great with the drinks and the napkins and the care for our table. Andy was on the morning shift so Vanessa took over and she was just as great. So polite and caring about our table and she took great care of us.
The food came out so perfect, hot and juicy chicken breasts and mashed potatoes for me and compared to some other mid price restaurants I believe Longhorn had the best chicken of all the places I've been. It was a very peaceful and nice time going there and we seemed to be done right before the dinner crowd started coming in. I even took a couple of photos so thanks so much to Vanessa and Andy the servers.

A great place, very good food but the service at the bar was very regular, the lady did not show interest and pleasure in serving me, she attended other customers who arrived after me

Staff was rude. Kept getting the wrong meal. The waiter was horrible and she expected me to pay for the whole meal with horrible service smh.

First time at this location. The food was good. Salads were a little plain, limited choice of dressings. I ordered my steak well done, it arrived medium-well.
If I go back there I hope it's a better experience.

The food was amazing and our waiter, Andrew (Andy) was great, very funny guy. As for the service: My family and I were seated very quickly. The food came out very quick also and it was so good, hot and fresh. Mind you it was close to closing time so that says alot about the restaurant and team members itself. I will definitely come back!

Really great service, my steak was perfectly done medium rare just the way I like it. I had a party of three and we all had steak. The price was very reasonable for the quality of food. The waiter was attentive and very pleasant. Sorry I didn't get her name to give credit.

I attempted to place an online order, but the site stated that the time was no longer available…maybe because I was ordering at 8: 20pm?
I call the restaurant instead to place an order at 8: 22pm and waited 8 minutes for someone to pick up only to tell me to hold. At 8: 36 the guy picked up again and asked “how can I help you? ” After stating that I’d like to place an order, he replied, “aight, you gotta hold on, we busy. ” Of course I hung up after being paced in hold again.

Service is so so. Took them a long time to greet us, maybe 7 to 10 minutes. A server even looked our way and didn't say anything after they saw us.

The waitress was nearly non existent during our 1.5 hour dining experience. The food was just average, nothing to go crazy for.

I probably won't go back to this location.

Delicious food we sat at the bar and Stephen was a great server and added humour and it was just an enjoyable evening ordered the Slow fillet with grilled mushrooms and broccoli it waz just perfect for my keto plan.

Waited 40 minutes for a table for a party of 7. Once I got the text my table is ready they told us over a party of 6 they had to split us up. Then we had the rudest Waitress I've ever seen in a restaurant. I asked for a coke it took 20 minutes to get it, I got my FOOD before my drink. I asked for napkins took another 20 minutes to get napkins. Then I asked for BBQ sauce and it took another 15 minutes over all waited almost 2 hours to be seated an my meal show up complete worst service will not be back

Great food. Good lighting. We love going to dinner here just me and my daughters. We had a great time and enjoyed the evening.

I placed a to-go order that had a one hour wait time. I got to the restaurant at the time they told me to arrive and checked-in. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before someone finally came out and told me they were out of an item I ordered and someone should have called me to advise me. After giving me a refund for the missing item I finally got my food to find that each order was missing one side (an hour and 20 minutes for two incomplete orders). After waiting a few minutes for the missing sides I drove home to find out that both steaks in the orders were undercooked. Needless to say this is the last time I'm ever ordering at this restaurant again.

One word for service in the front desk: HORRIBLE
Sunday, 05/02/21, around 1 pm. The lady forgot that we are waiting and registered (don't trust in the web link: NOBODY update it in the restaurant). People that arrived after us were coming in; when I asked, a lady that look like supervisor, the answer was astonishing: "Ok, you can go in now or leave; its up to you". AWSOME! No apologies, nothing.
A free advice: go ahead for University Drive and stop in Outback.problem solved.

As soon as we walked in the greeter was a elder lady which had zero personality. She said the wait was 10 to 15 min.as the restaurant didn't have much people inside and thought that it was awkward. The restaurant was not filled at all but decided to give it a try. We couldn't sit inside so only had one option, wait outside. While we stood outside another couple came in and went to the bar as they had all seats and tables available which again we didn't have that option. As our names were called we walked in and we're seated. Thankfully the restaurant Manager, Mr. Beard asked how we were doing. We were a little upset and explained why. Mr. Beard said she should have gave you that option and he would be talking to the employee. Aside from her the server Mathew was great and really appreciated Mr. Beard for the detailed information. Because of Mr. Beard and Mathew we will definitely be coming back. Mr. Beard was also kind enough to give us a next time free appitizer on our next visit. Thank you.
We decided to go back and the same results but this time I spoke up and asked if we could dine at the bar and we did. Because the same grumpy lady didn't learn from what happened a couple of weeks and discarded if the manager even spoke to her about mentioning the bar to dine. I'm going to lower my rate to three stars. Won't be going back to this restaurant.
