LongHorn Steakhouse reviews
17Everything was perfect for my romantic dinner with my husband. The attention was perfect, food came quick, great plate prevention although the prices were a bit high which is understandable do to the economy situation we have. Nevertheless Everything was great. The area was very clean, which is important to me.
Filet was perfectly cooked, waitress was awesome, maybe some different appetizers would have been straight. Loved it though
Steaks were perfectly cooked, drinks were perfect. The appetizers were very good. Service was great too. Of all the chain restaurants in this area this one is by far the best.
The vegetables need to be washed better, and more parking spaces for the disabled. I asked for water with lemon and they didn't squeeze the lemon but instead put it in the water with the peel dirty.
I have always enjoyed the longhorn, chain place but still, food is good. My favorite is the flos filet
Took my husband for his birthday cause it is (was) our favorite place to go out to eat.
We ordered medium new york strip steaks, they came out barley even rare.
We've been to Longhorn a few times now. Every other time was good. Went for my wife's birthday and it was terrible. My steak was still mooing and hers was burnt. We've never sent food back, but a butcher $35 steak? ! We'd have ours back. We never got the chance though. After the initial check if our food was good she was go for a half hour getting me sour cream I didn't get until she was bring us to go boxes. I mean, I get we came right after we got out of work, so we obviously looked dirt poor. Should that matter though? I paid my bill and left 20% that she didn't earn. Worst $100 meal of my life. By the time we left I was so mad I could barely speak to the lady let alone look at her. I'd even chalk it up to her having a bad day if she hadn't visited every table around us repeatedly. Thanks for making my wife's birthday one to remember. Poorly.
First time in Longhorn in several months. I had the outlaw ribeye which had fabulous flavor. I was disappointed in the amount of grissel in the steak. Usually this is not the case, normally it's a tender, wonderfully flavored steak. My wife had a smaller steak and hers was very good. Our waitress was a sweetheart and took great care of us. Hope to get back there a little more often!
LongHorn steakhouse was very busy that day but our server was very attentive and our food was delicious
Update: we went here again for my birthday and service was awful.
I got the same steak as last time, it was just mangled and way over done, my husband's was super underdone. (Med rare for us both)
We wanted to send the food back but the waitress never made it back until we gave up and decided to just go home.
I never got a refill on my drink, the seasoned fries were unseasoned.
Just awful all around. Unlikely to come back.
We loved it!
Outlaw steak for me (amazing), parmesan crusted chicken for the kiddo (he ate it all!) And the Longhorn steak for the hubby (he liked mine better).
The waitress, Marika, was delightful.
The mashed potatoes were awful but I went for steak so it's fine.
10/10 will go again.
This is more about a gratuity being added on a to go pick up order of almost $10 dollars. Are you out of your mind? I am so over this mindset of tipping. It's gone over the top.
Updating my review. We really enjoy the Longhorn Steakhouse! REASONABLE prices and great service,! You really need to check them out!
Adding to my review. My wife and I went back for lunch last Saturday, Jan 8th. We both the sirloin steak meal which was FANTASTIC! We both said that we need to come back more often. Check them out. Excellent food and service!
Absolute joy to eat here! Service was top-notch and the food was Excellent with a capital "E"! Example: I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. Medium rare. It was PERFECT! I'll be back. This is a fantastic place!
Awesome and delicious as always. Lanny was our waiter and he did a great job. We didn't wait for a thing.
. Time and time again. Steak. Ribs. Chicken
Never dispointment.
Please move Smokers from the front building,
Cowboy Pork Chops for takeout are beyond tough and dry. They are boneless pork chops not true Pork Chops which include the bone and are tender. Even cut into 38 strips were very hard to chew. Darn!
Food is of average quality. The presentation was a bit poor. An expensive piece of tenderloin with a handful of fries spread across a plate.
Starters to share. Tasted good.
All in all, the experience was okay because some attention had been paid to the interior and our group had a good time.
Eating dinner was not an option here either. Too bad, but fairly normal, something I just have to get used to as a European.
I usually love this place, but the last few times the service has been insanely slow. And we've never been in on a busy rush. Yet I just ordered for pick up while in Arcadia, drove all the way here down US-17 and have waited in parking spot 3 for 30 minutes. This experience has put the icing on the cake.
Never this location again. Manager hung up on me, absolutely never returning here.
