We went to one of my favorite restaurants to have an early dinner
The food was excellent like always. The service was also excellent. But, there was a kid (not a baby or toddler) crying loudly for at least half an hour. I asked our waiter if someone can address this. I spoke to the manager. He had the audacity to say it wasn't his place to tell a parent what to do with their child. Shouldn't a manager manage situations that make it difficult for customers to enjoy their food?
He could have asked her to take the child outside, or walk to the waiting area just to distract him. He had an attitude with me as if I was the problem.

Have been to LH many times. Must have a new cook. The steak had so much seasoning that my wife and I could not eat it. Manager sent us home with 2 fresh cooked steaks with light salt and pepper. Great service! Will visit again.

We went back there today and it was bad, frozen fries that had to be changed, toasted steak, but the service is still top notch

This location has gone downhill, unfortunately. We used to come here at least once a month. The parmesan chicken used to be amazing, but now it's just ok. The brussel sprouts my husband ordered were black, the redo ones weren't any better. The food is all HEAVILY salted, and not just this time have we said it. The past 2 times we have gone, it has been overly salted. Service was slow. The server was nice, but super slow. If this was my first time, I honestly don't know if I would go back, it didn't leave a great lasting impression on me.

Slow service, no refills but the food was good. Some items were missing when the manager on duty delivered the to-go order for our group. To-go order was delivered to the table with no bag. The manager was upset because we advised that a menu item was missing from the order.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Everything was dirty and greasy. The food was "ok" and the service was bad. I dont recommend at all

I ordered the lunch portion of the 7 pepper steak salad and, with a $3 upcharge, had grilled Brussel sprouts. Longhorn's didn't disappoint. Service was excellent. My lunch fabulous. All is well with my world. My server was gracious. Her name begins with an R and I misplaced her name. Excellent. I forgot to take pictures.

We don't eat at many chain restaurants, but LongHorn is one of the most consistent experiences we've found. This location has a longer wait than others but based on local competition, it makes sense. Food is always as expected. Service is always friendly but Cameron R served us last night and he stands out as one of their friendliest and our favorite server there. Anni is also great!

Me and my family came here twice first time was good and service was great a few months ago. So we decided to come back to see if it’s a place we would make a more common occurrence. Second visits was drastically the opposite. Staff was all new no one knew what was going on which isn’t a big issue I understand the labour shortage. The food did not taste nearly as good as the previous time.

I am eligible for the military and first responders discount and every time I have used it it has applied to myself and my family. I got the bill and it was only applied to my specific meal nothing else. That was the largest disrespect I can imagine to my wife and kids as they had to sacrifice to while I was away and to be treated less than and to be so malicious in there greed was most disheartening. The manager told me that’s the way it is and walked away didn’t want to spend a moment longer than 5 seconds to tell me to sit down and shut up.

After that I will not be returning any time soon and hope everyone else will avoid an encounter like we had.
