Unfortunately, they did not give my wife and I a solution, they charged us $3,500 to start the process, a year has passed and nothing has been achieved, we sent what corresponded to us but they always delayed the responses, it is very difficult to talk to them and now I don't They want to give us our money back, we feel completely cheated.
