I am afraid I did not have a positive experience with this business. My job was very small— only a few pieces of specialty glass that were inserts for cabinet doors in my kitchen. The first time that I went to pick up the doors, they had installed incorrect glass. After (weeks later) I picked up the doors with the replacement glass and installed them in my kitchen, I observed that the glass had been placed in the doors backwards. I contacted the business and they said that they would rectify the problem. The doors were taken down from my kitchen and brought back to Lore L, Who then said that they could do nothing about it and refused to make it right. Apparently they have used so much silicone on the incorrect installation that they were afraid of damaging the doors and the glass by taking it back out again. I am now stuck with this problem, tough luck for me. I will not be returning, as I firmly believe that if you have created the problem it is your responsibility to solve it. This was a business and customer service fail.

Nice selection of glass for cabinet fronts. Very polite and professional. Looks like they do shower encloses, mirrors, etc.

Remodeled our master bath and had them install heavy shower glass and door. Installation was perfect and could not be happier!

Lore L Limited was a winner for me. After a few fail attempts to get my shower door fix with other companies, Lore managed to give me more options (Thanks to Mr. Jeff Miller) on how to approach my little project. First they always very punctual. Second they always tried to scheduled appointments that were convenient for me and third, always confirmed appointments. I am very satisfied with their work. Strongly recommend them and they will be part of my next project.

Highly recommend Jeff and his team. They installed closets/butlers pantry, and mirrors in our new home. They did exceptional work and were very easy to work with.
