I had the worst experience of my life! Red flags for this laundromat. I do not recommend this place, they lost my two complete sets of suits and pants worth $800.00. When I went to go pick it up the lady at the front called Mary (Marisol) said someone already picked it up, when I gave her my ticket and told her I'm the only one who picks up my suits and she said oh no I don't know. I was really surprised when he basically told me oh look at your house you might have them, no he hadn't picked up the suits he clearly gave my suits to someone who didn't belong. I understand mistakes can be made but not answering my calls and just leaving things like this shows the type of business they are running. She said that the company would open an investigation and at first she did not want to give me the name or phone number of the manager or owner and finally she did, his name is Miguel Armenteros, the owner or manager has not responded and basically it is a robbery, they lost my suits and now I don't have my suits and I paid for a service that I didn't receive. Stay away from this place, unprofessional! Right now no one is answering the phone to give me my money for the suits they lost. Stay away from this business!
