Best place to park for the beach, right next to Frenchy’s Rockaway grille, easy access to beach and showers to clean off

First time using this lot, easy access to the beach and Men's and Women's restrooms. Will definitely use this lot again.

I am from lake erie region in Pennsylvania. So, this place was hot as hell on August 1st. The water was warm as a bath. And I found 3 or 4 rocks the entire time I was on the beach and thousands of shells.

Completely different experience then the beaches at Presque Isle. My family amd I absolutely loved it once we got in the water. But wear sunglasses to your spot, rent an umbrella or being your own. Be prepared to pay for parking. And use good sun block and reapply frequently unless you want to look like a lobster.

No available parking. $3 / hour. Parking police circulate and run plates, ready to issue citations if you're a minute over. Tpugh to find a spot.

I love to come here. This is one of my favorite beaches of all time. The water is nice and if you are lucky, you may see a dolphin or two

Lot 36- Clearwater beach (public)
Lot is right next to beach- no walking. Public bathrooms.near shops and restaurants as well. 36.00 is for ALL DAY parking, or you can do hourly. - strictly enforce. Pay at kiosk. Get there early (pre10am) the lot fills quickly!

DO NOT PARK HERE! They will TOW you even legally! Creations Towing & Recovery are one of the companies that tow. We purchased a parking pass. ($50!) Told us we didn’t have to display the receipt… thankfully we did. They towed us anyway. We said cops would be involved if they didn’t return our LEGALLY parked vehicle. They brought it back. Then as we were leaving, they did the same thing to tourists like us! They refused to give them their vehicle back unless they paid some enormous amount of money.even though they paid the money to legally park there. DO NOT PARK AT LOT 36 UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR PARKED REGARDLESS IF YOU PARKED LEGALLY!

Got here at 1: 30 on Wednesday October 27 me and 3 cars in front of could not find a spot. It's kinda small compared to some of the other parking lots. End up going to the lot next to the pier. The sign said full but saw a few empty spots.

Great option if you live locally. This beach is just north of Pier 60 and therefore less crowded by the hotel guests. Same soft sand and beautiful water but more room to spread out and a better place to set up your own umbrella. Reasonably clean restrooms and several nearby restaurants.

This is the hate loop. If you show up within 2 hours of sunset you will find yourself going in an endless loop. Would not ride again 0/10

Very busy, not a safe place to park a car. Lots of bad drivers and kids with skate boards.

Parking is $15 for 5 hours and it went by quick. (I went on a Wednesday July 1st 2020). Nice parking lot. It got full around 11am. There's showers to rinse off, bathrooms. Frenchy's is next door. You pay with card at the machines outside. There was a banana boat rental not far from us, walking distance. I docked a star because after you use up the 5hours you're not going to want to stay any longer, because you'll pay more for extra time. I usually park at the pink hotel garage but on this side if you get hungry or thirsty u can just walk to frenchy's or to the Walgreens. My favorite part about this beach is the sandbar. On low tide you can swim past the deep part and swim to the pole. And it's the gulf, so the water is alot warmer than the Atlantic side of Florida, and the water is usually flatter.

I love that the ground when you're in the water is pretty much just clear sand. Clearwater beach is also more spacious than a lot of others in the area.

Close beach parking. Restrooms at parking lot. Easy walk to shops. GET HERE EARLY.lot fills up fast!

I miss this beach made awesome memories here my last visit! Amazing place definitely going back! From Houston Texas
