Dr. Patel and Dr. Sawnhey are the most professional and ethical doctors that I have EVER encountered. I went into their practice for a scar revision on my back. They were completely honest with me and highly ethical. I appreciate their honest opinion instead of trying to make thousands of dollars on me. Go to them they are the best!

Omg they are fantastic. My husband had cancer on his nose. They cut a big hole, then the plastic surgeon cut more pulled it over and the hole was gone! What beautiful work. And they are all so nice. Wonderful place

Went for surgery today and was told when reminder call was given I could do a payment plan. When I arrived and inquired about payment plan I was told I should have done it when I received the call. TRULY seems extremely unfair. It is a good thing the dr.is excellent and I need the cancer removed or I would have left.

I went Lotus Dermatology for basil cell cancer on my face. Met with Doctor Petal and assistants, very good initial consultation, my questions were answered throughly. Appointment scheduled 30 days later to arrange VA benefits for me. On the day of MOHS surgery everything went as scheduled.
This type of surgery is done in steps to insure minimal removal of skin but to make sure all cancer was removed. Three times I went in for surgery then the removed skin was tested. After third surgery they deemed all cancer removed. Then plastic surgeon closed up incision. The whole process took about four hours. Durning this procedure I felt no pain, I was kept informed, comfortable and well taken care of. After two weeks everything seems to be going well. I will update this review after follow up visit.
I WOULD DEFINITELY USE LOTUS DERMATOLOGY AGAIN.
Large staff of helpful people, professional and courteous.

Horrible experience. Terrible communication and absolutely butchered my husbands forehead and shoulder. Had to go to a hospital two days later for wound care and the doctors and staff here would not respond to any phone calls, even from the hospital doctors. Worst bedside manner I’ve seen. I’d do a zero star if I could

I’m a medical rep. I do a lot of lunches with a lot of derm offices. The lotus staff was by far the most polite and pleasant staff I’ve encountered. Keep it up!

Great experience all in all. Felt they had a good understanding of my issue and remembered it through follow up visits which I always respect out of doctors. As a self-pay I also felt they were being as considerate as possible to the cost of things for options for solutions and allowed me multiple free follow-up visits too.

My only critique really was their still going overboard with covid stuff back in the very late pandemic era when I visited, but considering the majority of a dermatologist's clientele are elderly it was at least understandable.

Second visit today. The good: Very professional office. Front staff, great. Assistant, great. Doctor, pleasant but felt VERY rushed. I truly believe that they must have a set amount of time that they try to stick to per patient and that time may be 5 minutes. The information was coming at me so fast that my brain could not keep up. When I would repeat what she said to affirm that I comprehended, I felt that it made her slightly impatient. Of course, as soon as I left, and I could think, I thought of so much more that I wished I'd gotten to ask. Will I go back, yes.
