This store is run very well. Very clean an carries all kinds of CBD items an vape things gift items. So much to look at so much to see. Everything is organized an very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products an happy to help an answer questions. I think they have a great selection and I think the staff does want to help, but twice now I've walked out with a different juice than they claimed to have handed me- I know it's my fault for not looking before I pay, but it's also not much to ask for them to read the bottle before handing it to me! It's also just overpriced here. It's understandable to go here if you're in a bind, but mostly everything here can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Bought a vape, the battery compartment wouldn’t stay closed 5 days after purchase. Would not replace or give store credit which they clearly have a sign stating they would give you store credit. Just wanted one that worked. Clearly had no other damage but they stated how do we know you didn’t cause the damage. They did not hold up to their own store policy. I would not recommend Lotus Vape and smoke shop in Naples. Julia was our sales person.

Me and my girlfriend came in to lotus for our first time, they had amazing customer service, mint juul pods that I couldn’t find at any gas station, they also gave my girlfriend a free gift after she wrote a review! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

I love this place and have only been going to them for their superior selection, top notch customer service, every time I walk in the door I’m greeted. Staff is very informative and will always go out of their way to let me know what is what and if anything new is coming in. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The will not stand by the products they sell. What I bought was defective and they basically just apologized and tried to get me to buy a replacement. I thought I must have misheard but it turns out yes they wanted me to buy something else from them when they won’t even give an exchange on a product I bought two days before and is clearly defective. Stay away, better off buying online at lower prices because this place won’t back their products anyways.

They sold my friend a broken piece. She taught me how to smoke, so I know she knows about her pieces. They basically told her they have a no return policy, and sent her out the door.

By far the best place for your vaping and smoking needs. They have all the new gadgets that other places do not carry with exceptional customer service. Employees and the owners are very knowledgeable about the products and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Went in to pick up some vape juice. I didn’t know what I wanted and Dani was really helpful and helped me pick a flavor that I ended up really enjoying. Great place 12/10 would go again.

Lotus is my go to spot for all my head shop needs. They have absolutely everything I need and their customer servicw is amazing. They always take their time to explain when I have questions. Highly recommend!
