Carlos in the service department is top notch. He goes above and beyond to understand the customer and also is very thorough when explaining issues. He makes you feel comfortable.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! We bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 on 10/10/22 from a salesman named “Mammiano” He did not know any answers to any of the questions that my husband and I were asking. He lied about a lot of the policies towards the vehicle that we purchased and we lost a lot of money! They have awful customer service. I have been trying to get a hold of their financial manager and every time we call they will PURPOSELY HANG UP ON US. Their staff is rude and do not care about you once they get all the need from you and get a hold of your money. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEE RECONSIDER ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They just tell you what you want to hear even though it a lie and then they neglect all of your needs and concerns. Literally 3 months after we bought the truck it’s TRANSMISSION FAILED (luckily we bought the warranty and only paid $200 instead of $6000 out of pocket but they told us there was nothing wrong with the vehicle even through it jerked back and forth when we test drove it. Obviously there was something wrong and they talked us into buying it anyway. It has only been 9 months and now the engine check light comes on every now and then. Worst dealership ever! Now I am reporting this to an actual Cheverolet representative on customer support.

I would double check everything. The service department tells you they are a bunch of liars. I have had nothing but problems getting my vehicle serviced on multiple occasions. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to any other Chevrolet but Lou Bachrodt Pompano if want to get serviced.

Carlos from service dept restored my faith in Chevy. I lost all hope since every dealership from bomnin to Ed Morse have been an absolute nightmare! But Carlos made sure all my needs were met in a timely manner and done correctly. Thank u guys much appreciated

I was broke down while on vacation. Camper in tow. Kids sad. They had quite a backlog. The manager went out of his way to make me feel welcome and assure me they’d get me back on the road as soon as possible. Carlos, the service advisor was excellent. Zach the diesel technician came over and personally introduced himself. It felt like the red carpet was rolled out and I had the dream team working on my truck. They had me back on the road in short order. I am thankful I was able to meet these people.

Excellent customer service. We were greeted quickly by a very nice advisor and service was completed within 90 minutes as promised.

Came in with a problem and they say I can"t get a rental they had me wait 2 hours or more and they couldn"t find out why my Defroster won"t clear the window on the right side of windshield I have pictures to show the service manger said can"t give you a rental and must leave it over night but I can 't get a rental bad service If I don"t have a car I don"t get paid

Bought my car here and, although I’ve been happy with the vehicle, there were a lot of add-on fees increasing the advertised price by ~$5k. I understand they need to make their money but be aware of the “reconditioning fee” ($3999) and other fees that aren’t listed online.

Another thing I’d recommend: get your own financing.

I had a really high interest rate and, after working on my credit, messaged Yaro (their finance guy) to help me refinance at a nether rate. He told me to wait another 6 months because at this point it wouldn’t make a difference (“you’ll only save like, $30 a month, better wait! ”).

Instead, I went to RateGenius and got my rate reduced by 9% ($110 savings per month).

So, overall, I can recommend with SEVERAL caveats. And if you go, ask for Sal to serve you. He’s super friendly and a no-pressure sales guy.

Bought a used Chevy Colorado with Feisal. We had a Issue with the A/c wich he emmediatly fix with no extra cost. Excelent Costumer Service.

Although I rated this company high in the past, my recent experience was the worst I ever received from any company. In December I brought my truck (2012 Avalanche) to be fixed. It was having problems with the evap system. The service representative (Carlos). Said it would be a week until it would be fixed. I asked him for a possible loaner but he said they could not do it. So i decided to wait the week. Which turned into me calling checking on the status off and on for 26 days. On the 26th day they told me they could not fix it and I owed them 2400 dollars. After goingd back and forward with them we settled or I felt forced to pay 1200 dollars. I reached out for managers several times only to be redirected back to Carlos. I felt robbed. Stay away from this placeand there service department.

Just bought a used SUV from Patrick at the Pompano location. The process was very smooth and Patrick was extremely helpful throughout the entire sales process! Great pricing and great customer service.

Came in for an oil change and Carlos was really helpful and service was great I was in and out.

My service manager Will was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure that my vehicle was up and running again in a timely manner.

I know shopping for a car right now can be a bit of a nightmare…but of the many dealerships I shopped over the last couple of months, Lou Bachrodt Chevy Pompano made things the easiest. They answered the phone and they gave honest answers. I worked with the sweetest salesman Alex and the general sales manager, Adam. Adam was open to some negotiation, even in this crazy market and they honored our deal, even though we had to wait for our vehicle to arrive. Finance literally took 5 minutes with Sami. Quick, easy experience. This is the second vehicle we’ve gotten at this dealership and based on this experience, it probably won’t be the last. Thanks guys!
