Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet - Coconut Creek reviews
24I don't understand why it took so long to be attended like bro I'm trying to buy a car and you over here not selling me one.
100% Recommend this dealership! Not only did this team get me into my dream vehicle, but they put in their all for me to get it! They spent 4.5-5 hour helping me get an approval fo rmy first ever car loan. Love them all there!
David is an amazing adviser. He is very well versed in cars needs and is very friendly. Highly recommended
I purchased a vehicle from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Coconut Creek and the experience was not positive or satisfactory. The delivery of my vehicle was delayed for a week and a half due to windshield repair. I was misinformed daily and was told the vehicle would be ready the next day but waited for one and a half week before receiving the vehicle. I was not offered a loaner vehicle until seven days later. Overall dissatisfied and was not offered any compensation for the prolonged uncertainty of delivery of my vehicle.
Some of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with. Dealerships already have a unfavorable reputation but this place takes the cake. I was quoted $350 dollars plus labor to install a rear light that I purchased from them. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
My service representative was Chris Potter. Chris was efficient and conscientious. He is very popular. Several customers waited just to get his personal attention.
Ask for Chris. He is great at getting your car taken care of and offering personalized customer service
HAD APPOINTMENT TOOK THE CAR IN ON TIME WAITED ABOUT ONE HOUR THEN I WAS ON MY WAY BETTER THEN I EXPECTED
We purchased a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from this dealer back in April. We were out of state and told the dealer this before we ever came to buy the car. They welcomed as in and sold us the car, all went well at first. After 3 months of no title or registration news, I called the sales rep who sold us the car and he said they are working on it and that it just takes time. Another month goes by and still crickets. Another month went by and I just wanted to know what the deal was. The sales rep started to ignore my calls. I eventually had to file a complaint with Florida's motor vehicle department. A few days later I was finally told that this dealer uses a 3rd party company to handle out of state registration and the 3rd party company had never recieved the correct information from Lou Bachrodt. Final everything was finalized and we got the title 6 months after purchasing.the lack of effort by this dealer really shocked me and I highly advise purchasing anything from them with caution.
They advertise one price and when you get there they said that those car are already sold and try to sell you a much expensive car
I went to do schedule maintenance and I cough the mechanic skipping maintenance procedures
Never rotate tires
Never check for fluids
And pressure in tires
I confronted him and ask
And his answer was that it was not in the papers
I ask him to check again and it was really clear
He just didn't want to work
Be careful with the service department
Carmen was great, I told him I like the black out look and was looking for a truck. He hooked me up with an all black 2021 Chevy Silverado RST. He went above and beyond by putting all black steps on it, black wheels, black badges, etc. This truck is gorgeous and is a real head turner. I love it!
We came in looking for a Tahoe and were trading in a Suburban that was purchased new at the Atlantic Boulevard Lou Bachrodt location. We have always had the Suburban and the 2011 Tahoe serviced at this location. First of all they didn't have the vehicle that we wanted and would not give us a price on the new Tahoe that they said they could get for us because we would not commit to buy the vehicle unseen. Second they had records of thousands of dollars that we had put into the suburban in repairs and maintenance, there offer to us on the suburban was 250 dollars. We purchased a vehicle from another dealership and have chosen to take our 2011 Tahoe elsewhere for service and repair. I purchased my tahoe from a different dealership but had it serviced their. The reason was basically the same as far as purchasing, they didn't have the car I wanted and they would not give us a price on our trade in.
I recently went in and purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox and had the best experience! My husband and I were very pleased with the dealership and the salesman we worked with, Carmen Mastrangelo, was outstanding. He made us feel very comfortable and made us a part of the deal the entire time. My sister-in-law also purchased a car from him recently and also had wonderful things to say about him. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and want to have a great experienced salesman, I highly suggest you ask for him when you go there. I promise you wont be disappointed.
I showed up to buy a car and after test driving the car and discussing numbers I was ready to sign. They told me that other people were also looking at the vehicle but since I arrived first I was assured time and time again by both the saleswoman Mary, and the manager that the car was for sure mine and not to worry about the other buyers. The manager instructed the woman Mary to let the other salesperson know that the car was no longer for sale as I was going to purchase it. Long story short 5 minutes before beginning the paperwork to buy the car (after sitting there for several hours) the manager comes back to tell me the car had been sold to the other people. Not only was this frustrating but the business practices here are subpar. The finance department as well as the other salesperson should not have pushed the other deal through based on their “first come first serve policy”. So happy I didn’t end up buying from this place. Very very disappointing experience.
Typical car sales but worse don’t buy a used car from them every fault will be hidden an you’ll be left feeling like you bought a lemon! If I could sue them I would!
Samuel Mercado is the service writer I use all the time he takes very good care of my truck and works with me on the numbers kudos to Sam
We cannot be happier with the service we received at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet - Coconut Creek. Our sales consultant, Rafi Argi, went out of his way to make sure we got the deal we needed. This is our 3rd car from this dealership. We recommend Rafi and Coconut Creek Chevrolet to anyone looking to make their car buying process a success.
Not impressed. Turned in my lease and felt like a lepper. Even got scolded for just coming in. Won't waste my time with them when I need a new lease.
Chevrolet Lou Bachrodt has a beautiful showroom lots of cars to choose from the sales team is very helpful and easy going my personal sales man was Carmen Mastrangelo he has helped us out so much on buying our new truck I will recommend anyone to go see him and there team also David Wise the sales manager helped us out a lot and very nice made us feel super comfortable.
Rafi was awesome! Second equinox I got from him. Great experience from the moment i walked in the door to when I left. I would def recommend Rafi!
Quoted price for new car.bait and switch! Said that we had “get qualified for the price they published”! Complete BS.will never return. Will report them as well. I highly recommend that you not waste your time, as they are liars.
