Lou Peppe is so easy to work with. I love how he will sit down with you to get everything set up and is always prompt about returning messages and answering questions. I have received many answers on weekends when I didn't expect to hear anything until Monday. He is always great about helping me understand the answers to any of the questions that would pop up. If you want an accounting or payroll solution where you are not just a number, but a valued customer, I highly recommend him.
