I recently went in to exchange a pair of shoes my mother purchased for me. Unbeknownst to the advisor, I had exchanged an item before at a store location without a receipt with no issues. My partner and I both walked in right after we arrived from our flight and were dressed down a bit (because we were flying) the advisor immediately looked for my mothers profile and was unable to locate her information. My mom is a middle class woman and her only Louis Vuitton purchase was gifted to her. So it makes sense as to why she didn’t create a profile when purchasing the shoes. The advisor immediately turned away the exchange we were looking to process and said since there was no profile we were unable to exchange in store. I was taken aback since I have previously exchanged with no receipt and no profile. Then it hit me and I realized that since my boyfriend and I are two young black individuals who were dressed down that day, they assumed we either stole this item or brought in a fake. All in all a terrible experience at this location; I assumed since I was back home I would never be profiled since I grew up in the area and I’m hella light, but I ended up being wrong
Update: just found out advisors are supposed to give out a business card and offer to create a profile and she did not offer this once.

Im a loyal LV customer and I was definitely disappointed. Prior to getting on line i asked if a specific bag was available and a salesperson the helpped me a few days prior. Waited over 30 minutes on line to then be told they didn't have it.

Bad service, agent didn’t answer text, when come to pick up order, a 2- minute trip turns into a wait in line to pick up the item for 30 seconds

Waited in line for 45 mins like it was an amusement park. Than the lady talked with one client for 15 mins after she had checked out, me awhile there are 10 other people waiting.

They really need a call back system for when they cannot answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time. So much inventory is sold out online that many have to call and inquire if a product is in stock.

I have been look for a wallet for a couple of months but could not decide whether I wanted this brand or a YSL. My friend and I decide to stop by this location to check out the wallets in person and finally make a decision. We get to the store and there’s a line, which is fine, but what I did not appreciate is the fact that the person at the door chose to speak to literally every one, else except us, to see what exactly they were looking for. I tried to brush it off because being young and a person of color this happens quite often. After a lengthy wait we were finally allowed in only to notice that we were literally being watched by one of the women from the door! She literally left the door to follow us and when my friend noticed and spoke up she acted as if she was messing with a fixture. After a while of just staring and some awkward eye contact she finally scrunched up her nose and walked back to the front. I also noticed that when the same person, who I now believe was the manager and who I didn’t even see return to stand by us, realized I was actually purchasing something from the sales associate she smirk and nodded to the other women at the door as if they were actually shocked that I was purchasing. My Friend and I were so upset. We went to the Lv and Gucci in Saks and were treated 10x better. So much better that we actually Purchased more items and kept the phone number of the sales person so we could contact him directly whenever we needed. People really need to stop acting like they’re better than everyone else when in reality they probably couldn’t afford the goods that they are selling if they didn’t work there. I actually work in retail and customer service, which this location lacks, is really key. Honesty debating returning the item and purchasing somewhere else.

My boyfriend went and stood in line for 25 min.and asked for the Louise hoop earrings. The representative was no help so she called the store manager for assistance. The manager came and took his email down and told him she wasn’t able to help him because it was not in the store inventory. I called the Louis Vuitton store in Aventura and spoke to Rachel. She was a BLESSING! The manager at the store in Boca Raton made it seem like I wouldn’t be able to get them at all. Rachel informed me that I could get them shipped to store or shipped to my home. I had no idea this was even an option as this is my first LV purchase. I can’t wait to go pick my earrings up from the Boca store and see the look on her face.

I was looking for a specific belt that were out of stock but Jacqueline was able to order one for me and it come in very fast. Her service was phenomenal. She is now my favorite SA!
