Love Chevrolet reviews
17We have bought two vehicles from Love Chevrolet and have been having our cars serviced there for 8 years. Sadly, last Friday will be our last time going here. Cameron was the service writer and Mark was our mechanic. I needed a new tire, oil change, and transmission flush. After being there for an hour, the mechanic told Cameron I had a nail in the side wall of one tire but not the tire I was having changed out. He said it was not patchable. I asked to see the nail. Cameron kindly walked me out to see the tire. Upon inspection it was a piece of metal but not on the side wall or in the tred. Nothing was wrong with the tire. Had I not asked to see the tire, I would have bought an additional tire that was not needed. Then Mark proceeds to tell me my engine mount is cracked and that's why I hear that knocking sound. I don't have a knocking sound so I am unsure where Mark got this information. I felt as if I was being told that I had things wrong with my vehicle that were untrue or over exaggerated. I know of another family who had a similar experience with Bobby saying their AC was in need of major repairs when it only needed freon. I felt Cameron did what he could to make things right in the end, but I no longer trust your mechanics. There used to be a great group of service writers and mechanics but this new group of men are not trustworthy and are giving Love Chevrolet a bad name.
Bobby Smith was great. Service was extremely efficient
I was treated well in this very busy business. Thank you.
My service advisor Cameron was very helpful, he explained what was being done in a very professional manner. He was very easy to talk to and very friendly.
Brought my truck into Love Chevy the other day to get serviced. The service rep Cameron Copas did a fantastic job taking care of my requests and writing up my service. All around my experience with Cameron and Love Chevy was awesome! 5/5 great business being done.
Robert was very professional and helpful and a pure pleasure to do business the service was excellent keep up the great work team Love Chevy
Bobby in service did a great job with explanation of low voltage reading on cold starts of my 2012 duramax saving me over 600$
Do not buy a chevy. Brand new truck and been to the shop 4 times for the same problem. No one knows what's wrong with it and loves was no help. Just an update. Do not buy any gm product. After the 6th time at the sop I have mailed in lemon law paperwork. No help from anyone including 3 dealers and chevy customer service.
Great place, Great People, Their Service Department Always Does a Great Job, Service Advisor Danny always makes sure everything was done to your liking. Thank you Love Chevrolet.
Danny was great to work with!
Mark was awesome and informative!
Thank you for being an awesome team!
Bobby in service dept. Was attentive and served up great customer service and care. He was prompt, and made me feel welcome.
Service Advisor Danny and Highly Skilled Mechanic Mark are beyond words. They both go the extra mile to solve problems and get the job done. They are my personal Hero's and I thank them and Love Chevrolet for keeping me on the road.
Just dropped my car off today for the millionth time to get the SAME issue fixed AGAIN! Thank God I bought an extended warranty. I just wish it was done right the first time!
Offered cash price plus t.t. T he came back and said yes then comes to looking at paperwork added 699 dealer fee which was not included in the deal then he got upset cause I did not want to pay and extra 700 from original deal my family has purchased over 5 vehicles from this location they obviously dont care about repeat business
Dennis francis was very helpful. I would recomend buying from them because he answered all questions i had and helped me with the right choice for ME.
I will never buy another vehicle from Love Chevy. I have had nothing but bad experiences. The vehicle I bought has been in the shop multiple times in the past few months that I've owned it and they keep charging me to fix it. Everytime I go in I'm told something different about my warranty. There is no reason why a vehicle I buy from a dealership should break down within the first month of buying it. They refuse to do anything to help me. 100% would never recommend this dealership, I've had better luck and have been treated better by buy here pay here places. I am to a point of having to allow my vehicle to be repoed because they are charging me 23k for a truck that doesnt even run. They refuse to buy it back and I'm refusing to pay monthly on a vehicle that doesnt run. DO NOT BUY FROM LOVE CHEVY
Ryan Prue is The best. Goes above and beyond for his customers. Never a bad experience here at love Chevy. From sales to service everyone is great. Thanks again.
Stay away from anything owned by Love. I've dealt with Love Honda, Love motorsports, and love Chevy. These places should not be called dealerships. But stealerships instead. You can read a more detailed review of mine under Love Honda's review site. Nick Nicolas Ford was great, I've bought from them and so was Plaza Dodge next door. So if you want to buy American go anywhere but here, Crystal and Maus dealerships are not much better, but the dealerships in Ocala (Jenkins, Phillip's, Deluca, ect, I've shopped and bought multiple cars from each) have all been great as well as Citrus Kia in Crystal River, and the sales team at Eagle Buick along that stretch of U. S. 19 are good people, but better deals are to be found elsewhere. Seems big cities are always good for deals. Brandon, New Port Richey, Gainesville, ect. I've bought over 45 new vehicles in the last 20 years, and my experiences with the "Love" ownership of car brands have been the worst by far (even the by here pay here places I used to by from as a young adult have more integrity).
