Marylin is the best manicurist, she is so nice, beautiful and doing a very good job, the place is so clean

I've been visiting Love Nails for around seven years. I like seeing familiar faces. They keep their employees long term, very low turn over. The stations are well spaced. The pedicure massage chairs always function. They have a wide selection of nail colors and services.

But they have continued to increase their prices without increasing quality. The only reason I don't give five stars is because it can be hit or miss on the paint jobs. The manicures and pedicures are usually great but when it comes to actually painting nails, there are times when I could have done better by myself at home.
I keep going back though because it's a relaxing place, nice music at the right volume, never too overcrowded, and I like going to a friendly place.

They have a back door entrance and there's a large public pay for parking lot.

Review update from 5 stars. Unfortunately this place is like Russian roulette. Either you’re getting great service either they destroy your nails and they ask you to pay them for the bad service. They didn’t even offered me another person to complete my manicure that I stopped because of the bad experience

The worst service ever I mean dirty foot tubs poor customer service and interaction no personality poor technique and delivery of service I've ever experienced and I'm in the beauty industry go figure.no Mas! Never again great disappointment! $88 down the drain

I'm very happy I found this place! Super clean. Friendly receptionist. Marilyn is the best of the best, she took very good care of me and made my nails look beautiful. Very professional and welcoming place to get your nails done. 100% recommend. I will definitely come back.

While on vacation, l stopped in to get a quick pedicure. I am super pleased with the treatment and service I received! Vi was amazing, and I will definitely be coming ba l whenever I visit Miami!

Popped in while on holiday to have my gel mani removed. The nail technician did a horrible job - she has ruined my nails by scraping off half my nail bed, they are now paper thin with huge craters in the nails where she forced off the polish and took the nail with it! Awful. I told her the pressure was hurting me and she continued. The one star is for the cleanliness of the salon which was great.

I had an amazing experience at “love nail salon on the beach”, my nail tech Noy was Caring, Patient, and very professional.my nails look amazing and in love with my summer salmon color.definitely recommend the location and Noy as your nail tech.

Very racial, embarrassing first time experience. I specifically asked for a service and verify that information along with pricing. I even called and asked about pricing before coming all the way over there. Before leaving my mom there I also verified we specifically want a white gel pedicure. She confirmed that after leaving for 30 minutes and coming back I see her with fins at her toes to dry that’s not how toes are dried when you receive a gel pedicure then she admits that she did a basic color change as we’re going back-and-forth on what services were requested. She decides to call the police and I had to wait another 45 minutes because I wasn’t going to leave to resolve the issue in the mist of all that I was never told the exact amount to pay the all argument started over the service that was ask for the service that was provided which was completely incorrect even though it was confirmed before being serviced. They segregate their clients, lie and call police instead if admitting a honest mistake.

Honestly after reading all these reviews on Google I’m about to have a field day with BBB

V is the absolute best nail tech! She always leaves my nails perfect. Can't complain.

Viravone is the superstar of nail services. I have waited 20 years to find the top nail tech and she is my go to. Her experience is top notch and she is highly professional. I have been going to V for 2+ years I refuse to use anyone else.

I've been coming to this salon since 2016. And while I have consistently received great service; my absolute standout person is Viravone or "Vi". I usually get gel mani regular pedi and I have to say she always makes my scary feet look AMAZING! I get huge compliments from my manicures (especially if I get special artwork done) Vi is actually an artist! Tip: if you are planning on getting nail art done let them know ahead of time so the can quote you a price accurately) I LOVE Love Nail Salon!

I get my nails done with Vi and I absolutely love her! She is very meticulous and patient, and she always does an amazing job. She is very nice and she's always in a good mood.

I love this place, it’s clean, quiet and the staff is very welcoming.
I recommend Wendy as the person to take care of your nails, she’s dedicated, she pays attention to details, professional and very patient when I can’t decide the color I want.:)

Extremely disappointed with my experience and lack of transparency regarding pricing from business. I never go to nail salons and am not up to date with the etiquette or expectations I’ll admit. I called ahead for pricing for standard pedicure, $35. When I was receiving the pedicure I was asked if I’d like this that or the other, no mention of associated up charges. I was talked into gel pedicure after being told it was only $10 extra. Pedicurist was very pushy and I felt uncomfortable. I did ask for foot massage which I knew would be additional, no problem. Long story short, after being hustled unknowingly into extras outside of what I personally requested, my total was $97! I was absolutely shocked, I felt deceived and taken advantage of. Maybe that’s the new rate but I also mentioned I hadn’t been to a nail salon in over a year. When I questioned the amount - which I never received a breakdown or explanation of - I was rudely told by pedicurist Quan, that I should have paid more attention. As someone who works in hospitality, I can confidently say I was lied to and taken advantage of. I did eventually receive $10 off, however honesty, transparency and proper business ethics are priceless. It was embarrassing and the entire experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and this neighborhood local will never be returning.

I booked this spot last minute for a mani / pedi and it’s one of the best I’ve had in a long time!
