Love To Stay 30A, Inlet Beach FL

What an amazing and beautiful place! Right on the beach, beautifully decorated and very peaceful. Love it!

Hotel California is a beautiful house. Loved the views from deck and top floor is perfect for a large group! Kitchen was terrific.

We recently returned from our stay at Bee By the Sea. The unit was very nicely furnished and exactly what we were looking for. Beach access was convenient, a short walk down the driveway to the beach walk-over. The beach was wonderful and secluded and we enjoyed the privacy. We did not use the bikes or chairs/umbrellas included with the unit as we had our own chairs. Construction did not bother us at all. There is construction in and around the area but is seems like that is everywhere at the beach. Eventually, there will be houses built between this unit and the ocean but right now, there is a clear view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Love the side porch. The bikes that come with the house need to be replaced. The handle bars did not work on two of them and the chains fell off often. We had to have a couple of things fixed at the house but they came out to fix them the next day. Seacrest Beach is unfortunately having a big problem with teenagers behaving badly over fall break. There is a curfew in place for 9pm for kids under 18 without adults. We did have a group of teenagers yell profanity at us one night and another group break a bottle out front of the house. I hate to see that happen but security was doing their best. We still love staying in Seacrest Beach though because of the location and the great beach tram service.

Beautiful home, well decorated with good taste beachy items. There is everything needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay, closed to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants We had a great time and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great spot for families and those looking for access to a great, more relaxed beach. The house has everything you need (including kitchen supplies like crock pot and air fryer, neso tent, and towels) and is super close to Helen state park which has a great inlet that allows for swimming with no waves for little ones still learning to swim. It’s 2 miles to downtown rosemary beach and you can avoid the hwy. 3 min drive from goat feathers which does killer fresh seafood and live music.

Location Location Location. House had everything we needed, comfortable beds, 3 minute walk to the beach.amazing sunsets.quiet beach (very very very small crowds) and easy access to great restaurants. We will very likely be booking again in the future.

Condo was great, clean, well appointed inside and outside, including top rated beach chairs and umbrella. Great location, easy walk to the beach.

Management company Love To Stay 30A was outstanding. Very responsive to any requests.

We will definitely use Love To Stay 30A for our future Florida bookings and will stay at at Beebythedunes again, that's for sure.

The only one thing we would like to have had was a better grill. The one at the complex was more of a fire pit with a grate, not really very conducive for preparing a grilled meal.

Very dated property. The only beach view is from the upper deck and the
walk to the beach is at least 10 minutes and using the board walk is hiking over 4 sets of multiple steps which are over the dunes. You have to walk back to the street to enter the boardwalk. Bathrooms are tiny.
Be aware of beachfront vs beachview properties. Interior walls have cracks and it's obvious there hasn't been any money spent on keeping the property up to standards that go with the pricing. After re-reading the property description, it was not wrong, but mainly left out the truth. Really thought it would be nicer than it was.

Our stay at Bee By the Dunes was just perfect, from the location and gorgeous decor to the customer service. The condo was spotless, organized and had a wonderful view of the gulf. We will definitely return!

Would not recommend staying at 17 Inlet Cove.
3rd floor AC was not working the first 2 days of our stay. The manager, Teness did refund us for the first night but the second day it was not fixed up 7pm. The temp reached up to 88 degrees in the home.
The dishwasher was used prior to our stay & forgotten about so the smell was so foul that it couldn’t be open.
I reached out to Teness just to make her aware & she went back & forth with me about how we left dishes in there.
The smell that was there couldn’t have accumulated from one day, those dishes were left in there several days prior to our stay.
Teness continued to argue with me about this & with her being an operation manger, she doesn’t seem to have good customer service.
The home was not very clean. There were coffee stains on the night stands & hair in the towels.
The home was beautiful & close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel California! The house was perfect for our three-family group. The living spaces, both indoor and outside, were wonderful. We loved coffee and cocktails on the top-floor porch - beautiful views of the ocean with lovely ocean breezes. The kitchen was also spacious and well-equipped and the bedrooms were an ideal set up for our group, especially the bunk room. We loved being in Inlet Beach, as it was much less crowded but conveniently located to all that Rosemary Beach had to offer. We will definitely recommend the house to others!

Beautiful house and great location. Host responded promptly to questions and management company came out quickly to address a couple minor issues at check in. Front porch is lovely. Bikes and beach gear were in great condition and plenty. Only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because it lacked amenities - tv stations are minimal and in some rooms none. We stayed during March Madness, so would have liked to be able to watch the games at the house. Also, there were no blow dryers and no board games. Past vacation rentals have always had these.

Clean, comfortable, notably well-equipped kitchen, and - most importantly! - truly excellent service. Highly recommended.
