I always go to the same techs for my nails (Tony) pedicure (David) and lashes (Emmy). They so such a great job I only have to go once a month.

Very nice place! 100% recommended. Good COVID measurements, I felt safe. They took the temperature and everyone was wearing masks. Service was super quick, when I get there they seat me fast and started working with my frets. The sir that took care of me was good, he was quiet which I loved, he did a good job with my feet’s and hands. I’m very happy with the service. I got a regular pedicure and manicure.

Claims to do manicures but, when I went in for one, they told me "sorry, no manicures today".

Might be a good place.wasn't crazy busy but fairly full but, unfortunately my experience means I can't recommend it.

I normally go to Kathy to do my nails but today I felt the upmost DISRESPECTED. I made my appointment and they informed me that I had 1 person ahead of me and that it was ok for me to go home and they would call me back in which they did. I leave my house in the rain for my appointment only for her to tell me she doesn't feel good. I than asked her well what day of next week she will be available. She proceeds to give the run around. I than asked her if you dont want to do my nails tell me. She couldn't respond. I leave her to speak with the manager only for her to take another client. I WAS LIVID. If you don't want to do my nails say so. I informed the manager how unprofessional this is for her to call me and now she not feeling good. TERRIBLE. KATHY IS TRASH.

I'm definitely a creature of habit, so I continue to go to this location, ive received satisfactory results, but they do need to work on customer service skills

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS RUDE RATCHET SHOP. They treat as if their doing you a favor. They ignore you while doing your nails. Not to mention the materials they use are if poor quality.

Every time I come up heres it’s a new issue! The last time I came at 6: 30pm and they refused to service me because they close at 7pm. Today I came at 9: 30 am to get my eyebrows and lashes done. The receptionist told me that nobody was there to do lashes yet. I then asked her what time do they open and she said 9 am it’s 9: 30 why out of about 6 girls that do eyebrows and lashes NONE OF THEM ARE ON TIME and that’s the third time that situation happened to me. Y’all need to get it together and today was my last time ever going and I won’t recommend this nail salon to anyone!

Dont waste your money and time. So many other places that are better. Machines are old and customer service is dead in that place

I've been going to Lovely nails for over 10 years. I see Linda for nails and toes and Lindsey for late and brows. The service is great but they are quite expensive. Actually double the cost over the years

The worst nail salon. They are unprofessional and the services are very much below standard. They are over priced, and be careful because they will rip you off!

Went in to get a gel manicure. Usually at other locations it would last for a month maybe even longer.but here it lasted for 4 days. 4 DAYS! Never again I’m so pissed cus I spent $60 (I also got a pedicure which hasn’t came off yet but still watching out) on this just to last me 4 days don’t go here for gel manicure

It was a week ago I got a pedicure, the guy apologized for clipping deep into my skin. I didn't pay no mind, yes it burned a bit. But I didn't see anything bleeding. Now, a week later my big toe is swollen and infected.

Worse service, worse experience asked for square round, got thick, squared awful looking mess and the worse part I was charged $40 for a back job. Now before you think I was upset about the money. I agreed to the amount, however I was very specific and the end result was not what they have on paper or was it what I requested.

I love this place Tony is my guy he always have my nails looking good and not easy to break he does such a great job

I had 3 bad experiences at that place. First time, I finish my service and paid then dry a little bit and walk out. When I got outside, about 4 of the workers follow me, as if I was running away with their money. Then find out I paid, they walk away looking foolish. 2nd experience I went with my mother. Spend almost $150 between the two of us, the girl who did my mother's eyebrows, peel her skin out with the wax, and still made me paid. 3rd time which is my Last, recently I went because it's convenient for me since it is close to my house, about 4 of them surrounding me speaking their language. Never say a word to me. Many of them are very prejudice, all they want is our money. You can tell they are prejudice against black people. Sad thing is over 90% of their business comes from us. With all they did to me, another customer will get them. As for me I will never go back.

This place is okay if you're looking to get something done. Most of the techs don't speak English, making it hard for the customer to communicate with them, and they speak mostly amongst themselves. It's not my go to place but I come here when I can't make it to the other.

My nails look horrible they had an elderly man do gel polish on my nails for $20. He didn’t even shape up my nails n the polish isn’t coated properly

Never been so pissed off in my life. First and last time. Absolutely Zero customer service skills just straight up rude on organized with a lot of attitude. Wouldn’t recommend it at all

I've been here before and yes they wax eyebrows the best. On Saturday they close at 7 not 8pm. I went at 7 and the owner said they're not taking anymore.

I've known le who does eyebrows there for over 12 yrs. She's great all 3 of my daughter's go there. We use Lee for nails and le for wax. I've known Lee for 5 yrs. Wouldn't trust my face, feet or hands in any1 else's care.
