This "nail spa" is so dirty. They need to clean this place. Nothing to do to be call "spa". I went with my daughter, she is 9 years old and I want her to live the experience, but not good at all. Also, if you will pay with card, they extra charge you. I'm not going back.

There great and there work is professional it was my first time and they made me feel comfortable Andy did an excellent job with my nails an Lin did my feet o my god my feet felt like a newborn baby … Can’t forget my eyelashes where awesome to…

Great nail technician for acrylic nails. Her nail art is exceptional and she is more than happy to do unique designs for special occasions Halloween, Christmas etc. Very happy to recommend.

Went here today with intentions of getting dip powder, but prior to the male nail tech starting, I changed my mind and asked for a regular gel polish. He got an attitude because I changed my mind. As I stated he didn't even start yet. I guess he was upset because gel polish was a cheap task and he wanted to do something fancy that cost more money. His whole demeanor changed towards me. He even told me that he was not going to do the design on my nails I requested. I didn't fuss because I didn't see the point of arguing over extra money that I would have to spend anyways with a person who was giving me attitude.
He finished my nails and they came out good, but he still had an attitude. I gave him cash and asked for a receipt. He tells me because I paid cash I don't get a receipt. Now tell me what sense does that make? After going back and forth with me, and him announcing it to the other workers in the shop and them agreeing, one of the other male techs finally told him to write me a receipt. (Thanks Vince). Vince was the only one who didn't see the big deal with giving me a receipt.
That experience today made me feel very uncomfortable because there was no need for the attitude or the arguing about giving me a receipt. I have been going to Lovely Nails for two years now, but today was my last day.

I got booked with Amy, and she was the worst. I booked for a pedicure thinking I would get full service foot care but I was wrong. I also got a manicure and I picked the color "Cat Eye" and it doesn't even look right. The service was bad and I will never be going back here. I will never recommend someone to go here.

Very friendly and welcoming, asked me what I wanted and if I was happy with colour/length etc. I'm very happy with my nails, I wanted the natural look and I got it

I had a wonderful experience. Down to earth, lovely conversation with a great girl who works hard to set up and maintain her flourishing business. I will always return now!

I love my nails so much the application was very clean and I also got a pedicure which I love I definitely recommend I will for sure go back.

I went for acrylic toenails as mine were pretty gross. Wow.they have been transformed. I now have Beautiful toes.
Gonna need some new shoes now to show them off. Well pleased with them.

Rude and horrible service. My mom told them how she wanted the nails and another nail tech hit her on the hand with a glove. When I questioned it no apology was offered. The owner did absolutely nothing about it.
For sure, last time we will use their services.

Mia is the rudest petdon. Could not find a color I liked. Try to see if they let me see the actual colors while I was getting pedicure. The girl that got the first two colors was ride since the moment we asked for a water. Brought us hot water bottles. Did not want to show me the color again and talked with attitude. Worst place I've ever been. No good service. Got pedicure no color and left. Very dissatisfied.

I would say worst place ever to do nails. Had an appointment for mani and pedicure with Mia but after doing my nails she said she has an appointment for someone else and did not do my pedicure (I thought I was your appointment me for both services). The lady doing my pedicure did not do a good job and the sign says$2500 for pedicure she charged $30 as for my nails I had designs like this before and they were $65 Mia said $80 mins with no bling on them. So dissatisfied with the service here. Not professionally people at all. People please confirm your price to match the wall, cause they charge whatever they want. If I could put no stars I would. They robbed me and that’s not nice. Please don’t go there,

I asked the lady that works on the #3 station to clean my eyebrows up. And she messed them up giving me two different looks that I now have to walk around with until they grow back.

Nope! They are too rude. Didn't even know that level of rude still existed ‍️‍️. There is 1 specific lady there that needs to learn how to speak with customers or find a job where she does not deal with customers at all. I went in for mani and Pedi. Lady who did my toes did amazing but the moment the other opened her mouth I paid for the Pedi and went to another shop to get my Pedi.

This was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever get. I also love my nails so much. They looks perfect. My entire experience at the spa was above my expectations I will definitely be a regular customer there.
