The folks at the Sarasota location were great. Provided good direction and were very helpful.

We had a great experience. The associate that helped us was knowledgeable and very kind throughout the whole process.

My experience was amazing. I worked with Leah. She was very helpful and responsive. I can’t wait to get my new couch! Definitely will refer all my friends!

Horrible company/ customer service. Lovesac said back when I bought mine it was a life time warrenty and they could change them out but when I tried to use the warranty they said doesn't exist, went to Better Bussiness Bureau and they contacted Lovesac and lovesac refused to answer. So I don't suggest this product to anyone.

Love the sofa great quality, however you should not spend over $10k and have to put the sofa together by yourself. What a nightmare. Also be careful with shipping items back. Bought the Love Sac and wasn't a fan so we tried to ship it back with the shrink wrap kit they sent us and it doesn't work. I would rather pay a little more and have someone come setup the sofa and be able to make returns at the store. Big waste of time.

Bought my first lovesac. Waiting for delivery. We went here to check out some of the different materials and covers. Staff was super friendly and informative. I wish they had more of the leather styles in the store.

Evan, Noel, Leah and Marilyn are amazing, I sent my sister in and they treated her like family. I never have a bad experience here. Love the blocks and how they show you how many ways you can configure.

I will eventually own one.do notice how I said that! They aren't that bad but definitely need to save I don't like finance! Lovesac however you have it going on with these body mittens!

We went to check out these couches and had the BEST experience with Lindsey at the UTC store. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She needed to text us some additional information and I told her the following:
Ok, thank you so much. You are really good at your job, by the way. They are very lucky to have you. We were so impressed by you
It is rare to find a young person speaking to you like an adult. She obviously knows her stuff and she is just an absolute gem.

I was at ITV mall and me and some friends went to lovesac because we bought a new house and my mom was interested in a couch while we were inside I noticed that the manager was extremely rude and it seemed like she was taking advantage of me since I was younger than most of her customers I simply asked a customer what they were buying and the manager immediately told me and my friends to leave we weren’t harassing or anything it was a complete inconvenience and I recommend her being fired or suspended so she can learn her lesson my mom is a manager in retail and I understand how good customer service works and she is not manager material.

Bought over $5000 worth of furniture at the UTC mall store in Sarasota Florida and let me just say Lyndsey was absolutely AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Give her a raise and please tell her how much the Doll boys loved her and her customer service (order SA503962)

My husband and I had an amazing experience. Autumn was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to purchase. She is very patient and answered every question. We can’t wait to get our new sofa!

Kristin and Autumn were incredibly helpful! They were more than happy to walk us through all of our options and upgrades and took the time to demonstrate how to best build our dream sactional.

We will be back for more Lovesac items in the future!

Lindsey (in the Sarasota store) was so great to work with. She was proactive in helping me with a warranty issue which proves how great their customer service is. She wasn’t trying to make a sale. She was just doing the right thing for a customer. Just FYI.there wasn’t even a problem with my sanction also. They just no longer carry a particular item I was looking for.

Lindsay was extremely helpful and patient with me. Took a couple of months but I finally purchased my couch. The best thing is it is arriving 1 week after I purchased it!

In person show room was great. Really helpful service and was just what we needed! Only reason it is not 5 is we made a trip earlier to a scheduled appointment and it was not open, we drove an hour with 3 kids. The re scheduled appt was nothing but positive.

My husband and I had an amazingly positive experience with Love Sac. Autumn and Lindsey were very knowledgeable and helpful. The set up did take a while but when we had questions, the local store was helpful sending me a setup map, etc. We bought through the Sarasota store and our sactional was delivered in 8 days. It’s beautiful and so comfortable.

Purchased our sactional in Feb 2020. We use it in our seasonal home in FL. After only five months of use, our seat cushions are already starting to sag. It's only my husband and myself so the usage is minimal. Love the style, versatility and the fact that you can wash the covers but we are disappointed in the durability of the cushions.
