Where do I even begin? This is my second time working with David and wow the professionalism, quick responses to my questions, attentiveness, and ability to explain things to me in a way I understand. David was an exceptional agent for us and truly was in our corner giving us every advantage while we fought our way through what is the arena of buying in 2022. Tampa is currently the most competitive city in the country it’s a battle ground for buyers. We had initially spent 2 months with another agent who fell short in so many ways, but after switching and working with David I now know our original agent fell short in more ways than I thought. David and his team rocked!
For much of our time we were shopping from across the country in a city we had never been to. David always made us feel like we were his priority. If a hot house went on the market that was going to have a lot of interest he was there right away, walking the property, making videos for us, feeling out the agent to get an idea of what would make us stand out in the pile of offers. We didn’t have all cash or the option to wave inspections or appraisals like so many of the other offers did. David would communicate with the selling agent to see if there were other ways we could be competitive and write an offer that appealed to the sellers, whether they needed a rent back option or long or fast closing date, where we were able to be flexible he communicated that and our offers were written up to meet those sellers needs. We were also VA so many sellers tried turning us down from the beginning. The VA loan is now safe and a great option for both buyer and seller. David made sure the seller knew, we were vetted and would have zero issues with funding approval so we didn’t need to write a conventional loan offer ever.

In the end did we make a ton of offers, yes, more than we had ever imagined we would, but David made those offers right away, drop everything right away. He always did. We won some, some homes had inspection issues, or sellers would come back with strange counters, but David helped us through that too so we could make the best decision. Now I’m in a home full of boxes and I didn’t need to give up any of our priority things we needed in a home or location, Like our first agent was leading us to do. David kept us in the loop, well informed and really fought for us 100% of the time.

Quick and painless. All I had to do was hand over the keys and collect my money. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone looking to sell their home.

David rose to the challenge of listing an inherited property that had been neglected for many years. Not only was the work he did excellent but he was able to refer me to everyone needed to close the transaction quickly.
