Lowe's Home Improvement, Coral Springs FL

Good customer service. They didn't have what we needed, so they pulled the item up on their computer and gave us the numbers and addresses of the Lowes that showed they had the item at their stores. (Call first. The items aren't always there.)

Sound great on the phone but in person the staff seem not enough help in tile and staff seem like they don't want you to buy.

A special shout-out to associate Dave M. He was nice, gentle, helpful and went beyond th call of duty. I went to buy one thing and I ended up buying all I needed for my project.

Order put in on Feb. 10 promised many times that it would be delivered but as of Mar. 25 still nothing.talked to two managers who promised to call me never got a call.worst store i have EVER dealt with

The staff has always been nothing but friendly and helpful whenever we need something for home improvement. I always prefer to come to this location first for all of my repair or installations needs.

Special thanks to Gary from appliances for going above and beyond for my purchase of LG dishwasher. I drove 60mi to this location (west kendall to Coral Springs) and was finally able to order it. I had gone to my local Lowes and it was a terrible experience, they brought me in the store for nothing, had my driving around during these difficult times for nothing. Finally Gary here at Coral Springs helped with the credit card applicatiom and appliance which will soon be delivered.

They have everything I was looking for, but the customer service was not welcoming at all. I needed assistance to find curtains, and I asked a guy who was passing by, and he seemed bothered and told me he wouldn't know. That I have to ask a young lady who was standing at a register. But his demeanor was just rude. Then that young lady was assisting someone else at the time and I had to wait about 20 mins after to get help. However, the cashiers seem nice.

Was not able to find the product that website stated that 8 were in stock. Asked for help from employee and was given a half-effort to locate the product that he claimed they had 9 in stock. Only one item was found that was damaged and he said he couldn't find the tomato cages i was seeking.he suggested i drive 21 miles to a store that showed 20 in stock. Really?

Online ordering with in store pickup is a nightmare! Slow and horrible customer service. I've ordered on 3 seperate occasions and it took 30 mins or longer to locate the items. One time it was directly behind the cashier but I still waited 30 mins for my order to be "located". They are unorganized.

Not even getting 1 star! I Have been trying to get carpet ordered for over a week now. Our measurement appt went well - but then every single person i talked to dropped the ball. Five days later, and countless phone calls later I STILL don't have a quote or installation date. I have called, they promise to "get right on it" and call me back.no calls, no install date, no follow up. Everyone says "if you can go in the store. " well if I could do that you can guarantee that I would be there in the store. However, how can a national retailer not be able to execute a simple sale over the phone? This is not rocket science.

We chose Lowe's because they offer a great military discount - but honestly it's not even worth it with all of the time i have spent on this project it's not even close to confirmed!

One phone call to a local carpet store this morning, they already have a quote and install is scheduled for Wednesday. Sorry Lowe's you lost a big sale and all future business of mine!

Although they don't have the selection of home Depot it is much more civilized. Curbside pickup is a breeze and done very well. Although the customer service desk is a whole other area in which they need improvement.

Went to buy an over the range microwave first at home Depot which is closer to my home. They were out so I asked where there was one nearby. They call around. So I went to Lowe's the one near me didn't have the one I wanted either but the nice lady working with me looked it up and told me where to get it. Thank you Lowe's for your great employees.

Horrible customer service. Will never return to this store again. Rude front end. Will take my business elsewhere

I love this store and could spend hours here. Although fall winter and spring planting can be the same week here so getting ahead can be difficult

I ordered 2 microwave online. I received a message that the pickup was ready. When I arrive, only one was ready. I spent 25 minutes waiting for them to find the other. The lady in charge was very rude.

I go for curbside and call the number they say to call and for 10 minutes no one answered so I walk into the store with the phone still calling and the girl is at the customer service desk just standing at the register no customers and just letting the phone ring. The. As soon as more customers come in she pretends like she is doing her work the. Attempts to answer the phone but I hung up and told her that was me trying to call for curbside. Where do they get these type of people with absolutely no work ethic. Please give these jobs to people who actually want to work and not just there for a paycheck.
