The guys in the flooring department are useless… I've been in there about 6 different times now trying to find anything from tile to transition strips and the guys in the flooring department are either nowhere to be found or don't even get out of their chair.

What a joke. Everytime I go to Lowes they never have what I need. How is that. Should I give them 5 stars for never having nothing I walked in for?

Empty shelves no electricity outlets covers no one around to ask for help try and approach someone and they start walking away Deland Lowes has gone way down hill

Great store, great management particularly assistant manager Damian, however I cannot understand how there is a homeless encampment in the parking lot, that has been there for seven days now, I have been back-and-forth to that store about eight times in t he last two weeks, have a landscape project going on, I have been accosted by this aggressive panhandler every single time I park Today I showed up at 8 AM, he was asleep in his pick up truck, the pick up truck has not moved for seven days, my question is do I stop going to the store I love, and have patronized for many years, because they’re allowing somebody to camp in their parking lot for a week and aggressively panhandle their customers, just a question, that’s all

I find everything I need in a nutshell. Easy breezy beautiful. I get all my painting needs here and roofing needs here as well. One stop shopping

As with all big stores you find some good and some bad there. Today was not so good. But I'll go back again. So I returned today to return something I bought 3 months ago no receipt. I bought it online and it was delivered at home and Dani who is at the return register worked her magic to get me back my $53. So they are really good there.

Lowe's I wouldn't go anywhere else except Lowe's but the price of lumber is out of this world there is no need for it to be that high in in that store or any other store

Nice selection and great people. Just wish that they had the 2 fridges I was looking for. Other then that great store. Nice selection of everything. And very well organized. Great work keep it up.

Bought this board I usually buy at Home Depot for $10.23 and at Lowe's it was $12.80. Also bought 2 rolls construction ribbon for five and change a piece went to Home Depot next day bought two rolls from them of ribbon and there were twice the size as the ones from Lowe's. Same money but half the product. How many other products I sold for more money or is half the product?

Lows should change their description from home improvement to interior lighting. I swear they have at least five aisles of lightning. I freaking love lighting but geeze come on now. I can think of a dozen things that they don't sell and should other than an endless variety of lights.

Sorry, same complaint. Why does it.seem that no one works there other than checkout. I'm not a contractor or Plumber. I need help. Just ask me if i need help. And if by the rarest of chances you do don't patronize me or look at me like I'm to dumb to be in the store at all. The condescending tone is very offensive.

Since I am a woman and up in age as soon as I came in the door they were wanting to help me which was very nice. Every time I could not find something there was someone there to ask and they were helpful. Store is clean and bright and lots of people to help you. I found most of what I was looking for and the clerk was nice enough to look up what I couldn't find on his phone.

This is more about who they hired to do delivery. They use XPO, not a great delivery service. Don’t call before showing up, decide to come an hour earlier the n planned. And refused to install my washer and dryer pedestals. Spoke with a manager Josh, nice guy apologized, but that was it. Now have to wait till Thursday for them to be completed. No compensation offered. Not a good look Lowe’s.

We had trouble finding anyone to help us and when we did she had some attitude but did help us. They need to have more workers so the ones they do have won't get so stressed out.

Didn't have to walk a long time before finding someone to help my husband and I, everyone seemed nice and like they wanted to be there lol, very clean, and tidy as well, and very helpful when we needed it.

I love the curbside pickup. I always have a tough time finding things in any home improvement store but with ordering online and curbside pickup, that's not an issue anymore.

Lousy web site you search for an item an picture is so blurry you can’t read details, also if you press on photo to chk out labeling website redirects you to another group if like items……. Screw this I’m going to Ace Hardware.

We found this location to be kept up better than most of the locations in our area. The items we needed were in stock like their website indicated, unlike one location closer to work and home.
