I like this store however I was very disappointed with the poinsettias this year.the leaves had some white "stuff" on them that did not wash off.it looked like they had been sprayed with some chemical maybe.and they just didn't look as healthy as they should. I checked another location and they were the same so it wasn't anything that was done at the store.

Clean and well organized stores. Home Depot is inconsistent with Veterans discount at all H. D.stores. Lowes is my new favorite I always get my VA discount there and thanks for my military service even though I did not retire from service.

Great store! But the chain has been having problems with maintaining matching online/in-store stock numbers causing for wasted time going from store to store only to be dissapointed at every stop.

The fact that they carry Fabuloso Wipes in 90 count for $3.99 is worth 10 stars and three Drive to pick them up.

Plus, the clerk was very friendly in assisting me to locker to pick up my online purchase.

I went looking for a specific item and the gentleman that helped me took me to the item didn't just sent me to it. That's what I call customer service

Clean store but for a place that’s “desperately hiring” they sure love to hang up on potential employees!

Great products. Service counters like paint.nobody to help. Had to call ask for MOD on phone while waiting at counter after I asked 2 associates to page. This was the 3rd location I went to. First 2 I walked out bc there were other people waiting for paint and nobody there. They said they had been waiting 15 min. I would say it was due to staffing shortages but.saw an employee in uniform wandering around building materials dancing or something.where their were no customers. Then saw man laughing with another man telling him he needed one of the ceiling fans.while the one man was stocking the other just watched him. Neither greeted me. Place needs a new customer first focused approach and a Store Manager thats on the salesfloor. Valspar paint is great. SELF CHECKOUT.is great. With big sign that says appreciate front end.appreciate what exactly.standing around watching people do their job while people wait for service? Tried calling corporate. I thought wait time was bad in store.try calling corporate. A company like this that cuts back must be going bankrupt.but was fully stocked so I dunno.

Since I am a female in construction it is very difficult to just walk in & ask someone where something is & then try being nice to the guy who is man-plaining what it is I am trying to purchase, but there was a new employee that was learning as i was looking for items. Which I appreciate his enthusiasm but I got work to get back to & workers that need the material I don't have time always to just be just wondering around the store with a new guy also trying to locate the items.

This was such a more enjoyable experience than shopping at Home Depot. I've ordered an item 2 times and they were not delivered in time or at all. But I walked into the Lowes, and it was readily available

It's rare that I can't find what I'm looking for. When I can't, the staff is always friendly and ready to help me find it whether it's in store or online.

I've been going to Lowe's every two weeks for many years to get bird seeds. The bag I used to get used to cost $5.98, than it went up to $7.98 next it went up to $10.98, today I go and the crooks are now charging $14.98. They recently had other types of bird seeds that as of last week was priced at $7.48, today I see they have tripled the price on that one also. I'm sure they have tripled the price on everything, so from here on in, Lowe's is DEAD to me. I wouldn't get a sheet of tissue from those crooks. And I'm tired of hearing that lame excuse of "Due to Covid" etc.etc. Good riddance LOWE's!

Made a stop at liwes and we had the best customer experience with miss Frances she was very help went above and be to helps us decide and choose the best kitchen plan ever to redecorate our kitchen she know all off what can be done and whats on the custoners needs.she work with us till the end off all what we need and gave us the best advice. Thank you miss Frances because of you we are now enjoying our best renewed kitchen we will be back soon for more to complete our renovation

This is a well over due review, this Lowe’s is my favorite Lowe’s not only because of all beautiful stock, BUT MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING OVER THE TOP WORKERS! They are beyond friendly and helpful, I would like to give recognize Olivia, Gio, and Kerri for always being super helpful to me and helping me make sure everything will get to my car safe and my home as i can be a bit of a clumsy and my purchases can be tossed around, but they make sure everything is safe, secured, and ready to be put into use regardless of my purchase. This Lowe’s is definitely one of my top places, they are professional, know what they are talking about in reference to any question I have had, and are simply but most importantly kind. Again, thank you Olivia, Gio, and Kerri and anyone else I did not get the name of, for ALWAYS making my experience at your store a fun and joyful one.

Plenty of stock in the store but as usual there is ZERO Help when you need it, I go to PRO center every week and it's the same story, it's like it's their first time ever dealing with our company, have no choice though.

The worse in all central Florida when you go here and make order they will take your money and sell you something they don’t have do not make purchases here specially if you have to get anything delivered they will give you a stepchild treatment and then laugh with their colleagues about you not realizing that you can hear everything complete disrespect I spend over $500,000 a year on Lowes and Home Depot these people have no consideration the only problem I have this with is the store on W. Waters Ave Tampa Florida it should be shut down for evaluation on all management they tried to say items where delivered when that was not the case at all And they wanna tell you you should’ve been there when we delivered it when I’ve been here since 7: 45 AM and it’s currently 5 PM haven’t left once and now I’m here sitting down writing this review I go to Lowe’s all around Central Florida the one on W. Waters Ave.is the only one that this has ever happened to me with multiple times time after time

Truly I try not to come to this store. However, It is near my mom’s so sometimes I do for convenience. This was the last time though. I wanted to buy a sander and got no help. Not surprised that is the norm for this store. Gave up after a very long wait. Went to get paint. Of course, no help there either. No more. Waste of time. I’m better off making the drive to Home Depot. Less stress because I get help if I need it and I am in n out

We had the great pleasure of meeting Victor today. I, with a couple of contractor friends, picked up some 5-1/4” baseboard material today at the Waters Ave. Lowe’s store. Victor came by and gave us some advice on selecting the right materials and helping us with some recommendations to manage cost. Victor had a wealth of experience in construction and he shared some techniques to estimate material requirements. This was like shopping at a hardware store in the old days. It was a social experience and pleasure to chat with Victor. Best wishes, my friend.
