17Worse customer service ever not even the manager wanted to help after spending so much money here wont be buying anything else from this store
Basic products, basic services, called for availability of a product and it took an hour to get verification of its availability.
Very clean, well maintained, updated, friendly helpful service. Only b negative is layout of similar items separated many isle's apart and don't get me started about vent fans and parts needed are literally 1/2 store apart.
Went in looking for 2 Honda generators. They had them priced too high according to their web site. Also, l couldn't find anyone to get them down off the top shelve. After walking around, paging and waiting someone came. They did price them right after an argument. Terrible customer service.
It's worth checking out. You never know what you may find. I like checking the prices on different items and comparing with others.
I love this store it gives me so many ideas! They really need help there. Nobody to assist with the shower I needed the past two times I've been there. Also no help in the garden areA.
I would give 0 stars if that was allowed. I purchased a tool from them online and it never shipped. The online help people told me they could not get it canceled and return my money I needed to go in the store. The store manager tried for an hour and couldn't give me my money back either, told me to call the online help people, who kept me on the phone for an hour just to tell me I need to go back to the store. Bottom line is I am getting robbed for $528.94 by a multi billion dollar corporation, and there is nothing I can do except never give them my business again.
I had a great experience today at Lowes. After making my purchase I headed out to the parking lot towards my car. Victor was collecting carts and heading towards the store with them. He saw that I had some large steppingstones in my cart and offered to help me load them into the car. Even though I am sure this is not part of his job I thought that it was very kind of him to go out of his way to offer a helping hand. He was very polite and kind. Employees like him definitely deserve some recognition. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back.
We went out looking for a zero turn lawn mower, which was not easy to find. We decided to stop at Lowe’s to see if they had any and they did. So as we were looking at the ones they had a Lowe’s an employee came to us and asked if we needed help. We asked her a few questions and she was very informative. But to find out she was one of the managers- Joan and I think she was the manager for garden. She was so helpful that we decided to buy a $ 2600.00 mower. After paying for the mower we told Joan that we had to get a trailer to get it home and we will be back later. Joan said that she would have everything set and ready at the customer service desk upon us returning to pick up the mower that we bought. We then left the store. We were not gone 15 minutes and we returned back to Lowe’s. I did not just want anyone to help us but I wanted Joan because she was so helpful the first time. I went into the store looking for her and I found her and asked her to help us again. Finding someone to help you is hard most of them ignore you but not Joan. She was more than willing to help. We now wanted to buy a trailer and she again assisted us, so we bought a $1700.00 trailer. She was the best and when we go to this Lowe’s and we need help I will be looking for her.
I received great help from Janice at the customer service counter who helped me locate an item over the phone and when I arrived at the store she also helped me find it.
It's Lowes. We usually find what we're looking for. Mostly the staff are friendly and courteous. I prefer Lowes to home Depot.
I was looking for tile and got help from Nathan who patiently figure out how much I need it of everything. Then I got help to load it up in my car. Thank you guys!
I ordered a oven that was supposed to be in stock a couple hours later they sent me a email that they did not have it. When it came in I pulled up my bank statement and was charged multiple times before I even picked it up. After hours on the phone they than tell you they authorize your account for the amount and than charge you for the same amount so they have double the amount until they release the hold. Beware do not purchase using their on line
Lowe's on 200 needs to tighten up. I purchased a washer and a dryer for $1300.00, I was told they would be delivered in a week. A few days later i received a letter that stated i canceled my order (which i didn't) with a gift card for $700.00 which was a refund for the washer. Problem with that was the card was activated and it was sitting on my porch for 4 hours. I went into the store to figure out what was going on and apparently someone from a different store canceled the order on my washer because they were supposedly out of stock, but the people at costumer service told me that according to their system they're still in stock. I was upset about the whole thing so i asked for my money back, what do i need just a dryer for? Anyways, fast forward a few days, i received a call from Lowe's, the woman (nice person) that had worked on getting me my refund, i guess made a mistake and now I'm receiving another gift card in the mail in a few days. They're lucky I'm a good person and not a thief, so now i got to drive back to Lowe's, and return the gift card so this nice lady doesn't lose her job. What a mess. Just a complete lack of communication. Needless to say they lost a costumer.

Had problems getting the right color of paint. Worked with Rich in paint and he was fantastic in his perseverance to get the exact color. Came home and painted the wall.looks great. Also, had some confusion as to which cans of paint was ours and what we needed to pay for. The supervisor took it "offline' and fixed the confusion. Ended up laughing about it all together!
Mike J the manager is Great helped me with everything I needed and Yolanda the check out clerk were GREAT the best kind of people to have help you Lowes better hang on to them and give them a raise They are why I shop here.
