I just called 4 times trying to speak to a associate but all that happens is they pick up the phone and immediately hang up. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I ordered and paid for a microwave oven and chest freezer at Lowes 98N Lakeland location on 11/21. The salesman said they would be shipped to the store on 11/28 and he would call me for pick up when they arrived. I got an email from Lowes automated system 11/24 saying my microwave was ready for pick up at their Auburndale location which is 30 minutes out of my way. I waited until 11/26 when I got another email saying my freezer was at the Lakeland store. I went that day to pick it up and see if the microwave had been sent there yet from Auburndale. The customer service rep told me they had the freezer but the microwave was in Auburndale. I asked why it was sent there and will it be sent to Lakeland. She said it was there because there were none at the Lakeland store and I would have to drive 30 minutes away to pick it up or cancel the order and reorder at to the Lakeland store. Since I had already paid for it and was getting nonsensical answers from customer service I decided to drive the 30 minutes and get it. I then waited another 20 minutes for someone to bring the freezer to me in customer service. So I drive 30 minutes to get the microwave and waited another 30 minutes for them to find it and give it to me. The salesman who was supposed to call me never did. I can think of no reason to shop Lowes again with service being this poor.

Sometimes hard to find things but customer service associates are easy to work with. Over all a good store i think.

Well I used to shop at this location or at that fact I won’t be shopping at any lows now the staff is very unprofessional and rude lost over 100 dollars im the parking lot went in to see if anyone has returned it everyone said no as I was walking out some kind hearted person that seen the person return the money to the garden section and I went in and like I said everyone said they didn’t have any money returned I hope that little bit of money made y’all’s night or week some of us aren’t rich but I’ll be sure to shop some where else I don’t want my shopping money being turned into someone’s paycheck check

Please hire some help! Some cashier's would be great. For what your paying them I'm sure you can afford it. It's getting worse everyday seems like very little help on the floor.

The only negative issue us having plenty of checkout registers but none ever open.it takes so long to make purchases.that hurts a contractor.

I recently purchased a new GE electric stove.service great delivery fast next day. HATE the new safety burners too sensitive shuts off. My question is can I replace them with regular ge burners?

My experience would be a lot better if Lowe's would start carrying the large array of products they used to carry in their stores. I might as well just go to amazon.com.

There isn't a better store to purchase anything to do with a house. Prices are competitive and this is why its my first choice for home improvement or supplies for my buisness in refinishing antique furniture.

I love Lowe's. I do miss that small hometown hardware store from where I grew up, but Lowe's prices are better, and they have way more variety in stock. This store seems to have more knowledgeable people than the Winter Haven one, the people working there don't fully understand the products they're selling, but Lowe's does make a real effort to hire competent people. For the most part, IF I needed help finding something, and the person I'm asking doesn't know, they usually do know how to find out. And that's good enough for me.
Actually Lowe's has a neat feature, access the website on your phone, find what you need there, and the website tells you where it is in the store, your phone knows where you are, so the website knows what store you're in. If it wasn't so helpful, I might be a little creeped out.

Edit May-2021, bought a trimmer this morning. Got home, opened the box, and found grass stains and wear all over the trimmer head. Obviously I just paid full price for a USED trimmer. Such a shame, I've always had good things to say about Lowe's. I don't have a problem with returned items being re-sold, but selling it as a NEW item is just dishonest. Took 2 stars off for that.

Okay so here it is this is me eating crow everybody knows I really don't like Lowe's but. It has come to my attention that I just did a job where I used to only those knowledge material and anything else that I had to go and get was through them. Now surprisingly to me it was a very positive experience for whatever reason may it be the people that caused the bad experience aren't there anymore or they have learned an adapted to do an excellent job. I can take nothing away from the staff at Lowe's for they have done an outstanding job at every turn and every problem that I had was solved by their personnel Lowe's I applaud you I hope my eating crow wasn't too bad of the ordeal but we all have to do it sometimes when we get set in her ways and don't heed to change thank you very much Hammer Time
