Good location to shop for home improvement needs. Friendly staff as well. The only reason I won’t be rating 5 stars is because they seem to only carry Miracle-Gro products for planting… I find it odd that every soil product I could find was only made by Miracle-Gro and that’s just not something I like using for my plants.

I had someone come out put my storm door in but didn’t put the screen door. He told me I have to call and get someone else to come. I call all afternoon couldn’t get anyone. I finally talk with someone at customer service she transferred me no one never pick up.

Help was available when needed everything is easily found either with help from an employee or using my cell phone internet

Worst customer service in the history of me ever buying from a home improvement store! They tried to deliver a banged up brand new $1700 refrigerator so of course I refused service. I called the local Lowe's I bought it from and the gentleman was extremely rude. Got a recording later that Monday eve saying my replacement would arrive the next day, Tuesday between 2: 30-6: 30 pm, no show. Called Lowe's back and they said they show delivery for Wednesday from 8am-8pm. That's 2 wasted days waiting for delivery! I will never buy from this store again. People act like they dont want to even work there.

When I was younger, I couldn't get enough people to help me find what I was looking for. Now that I have a bit of gray, I have to pretty much chase an associate down for assistance before they run the other way. Well I'm not some helpless female but i am a female, just not helpless! I was able to find what I needed myself!

Jeremey in the blinds department helped us choose blinds for our entire house He was excellent. He walked us through the process with knowledge, professionalism, and support. He was patient and kind. We are looking forward to having these wonderful blinds that he helped us choose. Thank you very much!

Lowes is my wood, hardware, cleaning supplies, appliances, decorative, light bulb, batteries, butane, propane, paper towels, laundry, plants and garden supplies store. I could spend a day in this store and enjoy every minute.

Great experience. Javon was extremely helpful and detailed with the Smart Locks I needed to purchase. He didn't rush or feel I was taking too much time while understanding and answering all my questions and concerns. Bought 4 of them.

Great, the poinsettias were beautiful and I was able to get what I needed without any problems.

So well stocked. You know before you arrive, they will have what you need. I could not find it but the staff knew it would be on aisle 15. In and out quickly.

They have one customer service person, Ros, who takes care of her business. I ordered a fence installation in February and am still waiting for completion. Also, they left me with a gate that will not open and the fence is not level from any position. Again, Ros is the only one trying.

Tonight (10/15/21), we walked in to complete a return. No line, no waiting - hurray.

No person against the wall, motioned us over. Seems their job was to hold up the wall.

Scanned the item, I swipe card. Receipt was placed on the counter with pen. Return receipt handed.

Not a peep, word, acknowledgement.

You've been warned.

Terrible customer service. It is impossible to get service here, even after multiple associate pages. The employees would rather have personal conversations unrelated to their job than help customers absolutely ridiculous.

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. I will absolutely never shop at any Lowe’s ever again because of my experience with them. I spent nearly $3000 on a new refrigerator that stopped working properly less than 10 days after I purchased it. I contacted the store to try to have it fixed or replaced only to have to interact with a manager that refused to return my call for a period of two weeks. When I was finally able to get a second manager on the phone he also failed to return my call for nearly a week, even though he assured me he would call me back the same day. When I was finally able to catch again a week later him he informed me that that all I could do is either purchase a new refrigerator for another $3000 and try to return the previous one, or I could return the refrigerator, obtain a refund, and then purchase a new one, but I would likely have to be without a refrigerator for at least 3-5 days while they coordinate a delivery. Like I said, absolutely terrible.

730 on a Monday night. The store was very nice. The lady at the return counter was pleasant and easy to work with. The man at the self check out was very helpful and patient. Prices were more competitive than other places in town.

I bought a range and got excellent service from the associate in appliances.
My wife tried to order it on the phone and was put in hold for 52 minutes. When it complained to the orange haired "Manager" he told me he has handled it. He has not. He was totally useless.

Lowe's is to home Depot as Target is to Walmart. I think most people would agree with that. If I need a bunch of stuff and I need the price to be right generally I'm going to have a better experience at home depot. But if I'm looking for that above normal quality and the store that's pretty much kept Top notch then yeah I'm going to go to Lowe's. And sometimes Lowe's has items at home Depot doesn't have and sometimes vice versa but pretty much every Lowe's in every home Depot I rate a four.
