Lowe's Home Improvement, Port St. Lucie FL

Bought a mailbox there. Went back again to buy the wood post. They had the correct wood but said they were not allowed to cut it to the size I needed even when offering to pay for the entire piece. Went to Home Depot and they cut it easily. Why would you sell a mailbox and not provide the post it needed? Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this Lowe’s on Saint Lucie West Blvd not the store itself but the help. And you can’t call it help cause you can’t get any help

Beware of scam from Lowes Store and Synchrony Bank. I ordered a range, washer and dryer. The sale rep charged me insurance hoses and connectors for all three. I scheduled for February to deliver realize sales rep put the delivery for January. I told him I'm in the middle of buying a house I can't have a delivered until February so I called and cancelled the order. The total was $2004.09 I was only given credit the following month for $1500. Here we are February bill was charged on a credit card with synchrony bank $500 in late changes and interest payments. When I canceled the entire order. The manager only gave me credit for partial return. I've called 100 times to cancel order, stop credit card, stop order delivery, get a refund, stop late charges, stop late fees and every department says they don't see a delivery don't see a full credit don't know how to fix the problem I filed credit fraud Lowes is defrauding me as theft of services charging me for items I never received. I received a closed credit card never activated it but was charged on a Synchrony credit card. FRAUD Lowes are scamming people left and right beware. I am filing a complaint to the better business bureau.

I thought it was one store, but all stores have no clue how to conduct business. All I wanted was to by Patio furniture, and i was led on wild goose chase. ST Lucie West must not train staff, they said they had only floor model left. Then stated Vero had 3 and Jensen 2. I go to Vero and they tell me they have none in stock. Then tell me St. Lucie west has 2 in stock. I then call Chris at st lucie west location that says he has found extra set. I tell him to hold the set, and he replies cime get it in morning. Chris text me when he gets off his shift telling me it will be here in morning. I come there with wife in morning and the item is not there. The manager gives me no explaination. He says that item was not sold. My question is it was not sold where is the item. LOWES has lost a major customer. Lowe please do a better job on who you hire, across the board everyone is clueless.

Not busy, clean, nice place to shop. Item selection not as large as Home Depot, but not really a big deal unless you are hunting for something specific.

Department workers are far from helpful and not willing to help. Asked for quote on windows and doors and says they can't help in the store only at home visit. Seems like this day in age someone should be able to get a rough estimate on windows so they are not wasting everyones time. Walked in and clearly I was inconvenicing the associate who was less than impressed I was asking for help. Clearly wanting to go home and take care of customers for a job that is over 10K.

This is the Lowe's that I prefer to go to cuz it's right by my house I've never had a problem there at all customer service they're always right there if I need them or if I have a question somebody's always around 2 ask I know most people are Home Depot fans I am not for my own reasons but I love this this Lowe's I know supposedly they have a low star rating but to me they're five star

What a great store.they even have 4k Firesticks. Better than Best Buy. I encourage everyone to purchase one. Amazing savngs! How can you live without one.

This store needs to be shut dn they do not follow guidelines poor customer service and management the worst I ever experienced in my life.they have cdc guidelines to follow they broke every one. I will be making a former complaint.no compliance. I will do everything in my power to have them all terminated from there jobs ty plz do not let them put your life in risk

Nice friendly employees. The lady in the check out line near the lumber department was so nice and friendly. I like seeing this because it tells me a bit about the management.

Went to Lowes to get wood for table top necessary parts Lowe's has it all love Lowes every thing easy to find lots of good helpers to help what ever you might need

Went looking for a clearance deal I saw online, couldn't find it and an employee walked around with me to try and see if there was anymore misplaced. That's customer service

We orderd 69 bags of concrete was promised it would be the 1st thing delivered today an noone seems to know how to reach the delivery drivers at all. When they told us that the delivery guys do them fast an they like to be done by 10am. Well its 11: 56am. An not a call yet. Which the called last night at 9pm an said by 930am it would be here. Today Saturday

The young man in the tile department was great but then i had to go to customer service to pay for my material. Then it was a terrible waste of time very caotic and took forever for me to check out.

Worst customer service ever no one is there to help you been waiting an hour and still no one to help me im going to complain to the head office this mess is ridiculous
