No person at any cash registers knew how to give me my pro discount, and really did not want to be bothered, I don't believe they know there are many other places to purchase material, and cheaper then their list prices. Very discussed I am!

One star because it doesn't let you put "0". Went into the pro desk 6 employees behind the counter and a line of customers 1 person was helping customers! Two of the employees were talking to each other about there hair! The other 3 just stood there doing NOTHING. I will not return to Lowes again and I purchase a lot of materials every week but it's obvious you don't need my business.

Appliances Department Wilfredo assisted me with excellent service, and very pleasant, I thank Lowes for having so many professional people.

Beware buying appliances from lowes. 48 hour return window is not enough time. By the time we noticed our washer was damaged it was too late. They wont make any exception. We wont buy from lowes anymore.

I haved a really bad experience, the system to pick up online purchases was so bad, and the people there didn’t help me with nothing, they charge me as faster was possible, but my purchase never was available for pick up, I should have cancel it twice.

Lowe’s gets a 1 all self check out now difficultly with military I’d apparently they started a 90 days return policy so if you have a receipt and it’s over 90 days tough luck very very poor service

Bought a refrigerator from here. Employee said that we should tow it upright because it takes 24 hours for the lubricants and oils to settle in. When we were going to tow it from its side. It fell off from our truck and now they don't want to take responsibility for what their employee said. Employees need better training here, corporate line is utterly useless and didn't save any of my case notes and the store never called as corporate said. Got the runaround here and rude managers as well. Too scared to talk to me on the phone. Let a lady on the line carrying messages. What cowards. Next time go to home depot anywhere but lousy Lowes

I purchased a dolly yesterday and picked it up curbside. When I got home, I took it out of my trunk and discovers his filthy and messed up it was. I called Lowes and was assured that it was new, so here are the photos…is it new?

If you are a contractor do not let your clients purchase here if you will pick up the order. It's like they make it a point to waste your entire day before giving you the materials that have been paid for.

Always have what I need and it's seems to me 9 out of 10 always someone around to assist you. Not like that other place.

Placed on online/curbside pickup order, to have an item canceled when they showed having 40 in stock. Picked up our order, then parked to go find the item.what do you know it was there. Not impressed that they didn't look hard enough and gave up.

I was waited on right away, taught a few facts and left about 10 minutes later. Love this place. Highly recommended.
