Went to Lowes to buy some DeWalt power tools and couldn't get any help in the tool department. Ask the girl in paint if anyone was working in tools, she said she just got to work and didn't know. So ended up leaving and buying power tools from home depot.

Waa able to get zero customer service on the floor multiple times when needed. Pushed the help button, nothing. Called customer service only to be put on hold while at the store.always a good selection. But if you need help, don't be counting on any. Keep expactations low.

Literally letting homeless people hang out in their parking lot and panhandle. The man had chairs set up with umbrella and propane stove and while I drove by him he was urinating out in wide open.brought it up to the manager and yet the giy is still there a week later and everytime I go to lowes.thank God the kids weren't with me that last time

It seemed a little disorganized with products blocking isle ways. However there are some good deals if you have time to walk around the store.

If I could give Lowes in Titusville a negative star rating I would for the way that this situation has been handled up to date. Now for the best part. On July 20th my mother and I went into the Titusville Lowes to purchase a new range. We were helped by a gentleman named John, we had picked out what we wanted and John started to check us out. After ringing everything up my mother had her card in the machine and he told her to pull the card that it did not charge us and that he would need to re-ring everything again, we complied and were assured that there would not be a second charge (I'm kicking myself for not looking at my bank account before leaving the store) we took John at his word as he had informed us that he had been working there for over 15 years. Later that day we were looking at the account and noticed that there were two charges in the account for $1074.50 and $1074.50, which is the total of the range TWICE. We called the store that afternoon and we spoke with Danny (manager) we were told that thee bookkeeping woman would not be back from lunch for a time and that if it did not clear up that night and fall off the account he would call us the next morning because he could only see one charge to our card. So by some act of GOD both charges came out of pending at midnight and hit my account for a total of $2149.00. I spoke with Lowes and was told that I had to dispute the charge with my bank and I went online on the July 21st and disputed it. On July 26th I found out that my bank denied the dispute and that I need some form of proof from Lowes. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager Jessica and was told by her that yes they had double charged us as was evident on the bank statement from my bank that I showed her. I told her all we needed from her was something saying as much and the bank would take care of the duplicate charge. Jessica told us that no they would not give us anything since their records still only showed one charge. I came home and called the 1-800 number for Lowes to see if I could get someone that maybe had different access and could see the second charge. NOT SO, after speaking with the customer service person I was told by her that she would write a complaint and send it to the store. I told her I wanted to speak with someone up the chain to show that someone higher up also documented the complaint. Well.the rep came back and told me that her supervisor refused to talk to me. This brings me to this morning when I got a call from Heidi the accounting person for the store. She told me that she had the credit card batch report that the store had for that day and that it only showed the one charge to the card, I picked up this paperwork and took it to my bank and that is another review on a different companies page. All I can say is that if you choose to do business with this company PLEASE do any big purchases on a credit card not your bank account as it has not been a week and many many trips to the store and the bank just to get my money back. As of today July 27th I am still trying to get something accomplished. I want to make everyone that reads this aware that all of this was caused by Lowes and yet we re having to try and fix it with no help from the store.

The manager is horrible, and the blue haired weird guy is too eccentric. I avoid this store like the plague. Lowes in Titusville gets zero money from me!

I've been here about 400 times unfortunately lol. Staff is friendly and helpful

I have made many visits here for my home improvement needs and they have all been pretty wonderful. Employees are usually pretty helpful in helping you find what you need.
I did have an unpleasant experience trying to buy an appliance recently but it was resolved pretty quickly but I cannot really complain. It will probably deter me from future appliance purchases or anything that needs to be "special ordered" though.

Purchased 7 wooden fence panels and had them delivered. The delivery was a day late and if I hadn't called to try and figure out why they weren't delivered, I would probably still be waiting for the delivery. No one could give an explanation. The quality of the fence is deplorable. Spacing between boards are haphazard, some boards weren't even nailed and were loose. Random nails sticking out everywhere and one panel slat's dog ear broken. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing anything from Lowe's again.

Picked out some clearance plants that were last ditch but instead of charging me last ditch prices they only took off $2. Then plants had a sign that they were 2 for $10. But they charged me $15.98 each. I did not look at my receipt till I got everything loaded in my car as it was very hot. Went back to the garden center and she said it was my mistake but then called her garden person to move the 2 for $10 sign. She was very rude and said if I didn't like it I could go to service desk. I went tothe service desk but then they wanted me to go unload my car and bring the plants back in the heat. If this is the way Lowes wants to treat customers then I will not be their customer. I spent over $100 to be treated badly.

Always helpful and know how to help with most projects. They also give a discount to All Veterans that served, even ones that didn't retire from the service!
