Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
15I had a great customer experience the first time. On the second large order, NOT good, they were incompetent and making excuses as to why my delivery was incomplete. Lots of blame playing games and no promised phone calls back. Very unprofessional!
I love Lows but today we had a bad time with an employee, he reprimanded my husband for using the employees' hand sanitizer, it didn't say employees, it was just there at the checkout. Lows Company, its employees have to go look for them because when you go to look for something you want to buy they don't show up, we went to buy a window and the 2 people in charge were not there.
Don’t bother, unless you’re going in for a product that is on sale and that is on a shelf that is accessible. If you need something that requires employee assistance like something up on a shelf, or paint color, or product return service, good luck! This store has terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Home Depot down the street.
Although the delivery to the store took longer than expected, the pick up experience was smooth and fast. Several employees asked if we needed help. Another at the parking lot also offered help in carrying the microwave to the truck. The customer experience at Lowe’s plus cleaner stores and organized aisles is what makes me choose them over Home Depot.
It’s not busy at all but no one seems to want to work…I’ve been waiting for assistance for 30 mins now…
Lowe's is a meh experience. They basically have everything home depot has, but just not enough locations to make shopping a breeze.
Like HD, Lowe's employees cannot be easily found. You have to roam the store, look behind trash bins or poke head into employee lounge to find someone, anyone, who can either help or find someone who can.
This seems to be the norm just about everywhere. But when they are nice they are nice.
I recently needed two firring strips and I forgot my wallet at home. I was also picking up some dowels. And while I was getting the dowels one of the stores helpers (a very nice elder gentleman) up and pays for my $3.18 firring strips for me and he gave them to me along with the receipt. I was "floored" and I thanked him profusely. I now go out of my way to shop there now. P. S. They even help you find stuff, unlike HD people who you can never even find one to even ask.
We ordered a backsplash online twice and when it came it was broken into two pieces both times.we had the luck of being helped by Tyler who took the time to cancel and reorder our piece, when it arrived once again he checked it himself and gave us a call letting us know the piece was in the store and intact. We are grateful to Tyler for taking his time to resolve our issue.
Horrible customer service and the lady in the front has to check her attitude so disappointed I thought Lowe’s was excellent customer service guess not
Visited on a Friday, about 2pm. Tons of staff, just none that make eye contact and appear eager to help. You approach them with a question and almost have to trip them to get them to look up and acknowledge you. Doesn't matter that you're standing within a couple of feet from them.
Had to wait for one guy to return from break in flooring area bc the one person there was helping various customers at once. Meanwhile, plenty of employees walking around apparently aimlessly. I don't understand how one or two of them don't float to those areas that are busiest at a given moment to help customers.
Two ladies at "self checkout" not really doing much and one actual cashier with 3 customers in line. I was one of them, with an item that was custom cut and didn't have a price tag so didn't want to go the self route. At least 2 or 3 at the "online order pickup" area, also not busy.
I don't shop Lowe's frequently bc it's not convenient for me, this just increases likelihood that I won't in the future.
Very bad customer service by Robert that didn’t want to help when our babe was crying so much felling like discrimination if it was the same to I will only wish him!
This store indeed has interesting and attractive products, many in very low sales. If you know which tools are good, the better! Definitely the hardware store with the best prices.
The anti homedepot. If you are looking for specialty items like wood or hardware. It's Christmas and Halloween here.
Kelly help us in hardware today. She was super knowledgeable very patient and helped me find exactly what I needed. Thank you a little kindness goes a long way!
There are more employees than customers, and some of them walk around doing nothing… But when you need get help, it is hard to find one of them to be available.
