Lowe's Home Improvement, Sanford FL

Set up a little strange for products, not where you think they'd be. Asked for a water filter for fridge, the employee treated me nice but handed me the $50 filter even though the $30 unit was next to it, I took the $30 unit said thank you and finished shopping.

I don't go to Home Depot and Lowe's is failing miserably in picking up the slack as their selection sucks! Refrigerators with no ice makers, one set of pruners, gloves all over the place. Lowe's you need to do better!

We have been treated HORRIBLE by this location. Lied to several times on eta or them reaching out to us at certain times or days. We are doing a home project and over a month behind schedule due to LOWES. I have spoken to 14 different employees, reached out to GM (nothing), department manager I emailed and left voice-mail (4 weeks no word back). Inaccurately quote the job (after 3 visits) and then say we have to pay for it and it was our fault vs their surveyors. I wish I could leave no stars or a negative star rating. We have tried working with them, but they absolutely do not care about the customer. Once they get the money any issues are on the homeowner and any delays just get the "oh well" treatment. We have spent over 25-30k over the last year or 2, and just human decency would have gone a long way. I hate bashing on a review, but hopefully this gets to the right set of ears or eyes and I can get it resolved.

Clean and organized garden department. In and out for soil and rocks. Wished they had more storm preparedness supplies tho. Like, why in FL we don’t have dedicated year round departments for storm prep, idk. Lol

I just want to say thank God for the store clerks that work there and know where everything is, I've spent so much time wandering that place.

Good place to get home projects and advice but it's hard to get good service and some tools tools

Are used to do business with Home Depot, but Rich and Camellia, along with the rest of the courteous and knowledgeable staff here have one my business!

I ordered and had delivered the wrong pavers. Assistant store manager scot Forrest went above and beyond to help me and get the pavers picked up and returned. A true professional

Mask up employees. I will not spend money in a place that will not do this.
When I asked one employee in my space to please mask properly, he laughed at me and said, "yeah, right. "

I went on a Saturday to buy some stuff, including butane. The site says butane is located by the grills. I looked, and didn’t see it. I asked an employee who walked me over to another employee, who walked me over to another employee. “Aisle 17” he said. I went over to Aisle 17 and this would be the absolute last aisle that would have butane. It was pipes, I think, located next to the lumber section. I walked around aimlessly for another 10 minutes and left.

This is why I’ve always hated hardware stores. When I bought my house and went to this Lowe’s with my father or ex-boyfriend multiple times a day, and they couldn’t find something, the employees would smell testosterone and walk us over to whatever was needed and hang around to answer questions. When I went alone, three employees saw a lone woman and shooed me off to a far corner of the store so I wouldn’t bother them.

I went two weeks ago to buy an appliance. It’s a totally different experience when they want you to drop a load of money.

Home Depot has butane, by the way. It’s at the aisle their site says it will be in so you’re not forced to interact with sexist men who hate their jobs.

Staff pointed in the right direction for what I had come in for. Store was clean and staff helpfull. Found what I was looking for very quickly. It was a great shopping experience.

I come here only because it's close. B customer service is horrible. Employees seem to avoid you if you have a question. I'll take the extra trip to home Depot

Been to one you been to a mall only problem is if you don't know what's there you'll drive right by it

Sometimes they have what i need sometimes they are out, something they just don't carry. Milwaukee tools are my go to brand. Which Lowe's doesn't carry. Good prices for products

If you need anything from the lawn center, ask for Paul! He has a wealth of knowledge and a good guy to boot. Was very helpful in helping us care for new sod!

Stay away. No customer service to speak of.
I waited over 50 minutes for a manager, customer service desk was paging a manager who was not there, please go to Home Depot, and save yourself the grief.

The best customer service around. All their associates are very knowledgeable and know where evering is!

They were out of the product I needed again. I purchase a weed eater from them and Lowes was out of stock again. My experience with their service has not been up to standard. Also out of inventory on particular riding mower I was ready to purchased.
