Checking out at 8: 30 p.m. Had to pull 2 carts of merchandise to checkout, needed help finding things, but it was hard getting help. They definitely need more help with spring coming real soon. Really stocked.

The customer service I received from one of the lumber employees can only be described as wonderful, outstanding, and all around just an exquisite experience. A charming, and quite frankly handsome, young man named Connor price helped me find exactly what I needed in a timely manner, while keeping the conversation light and cheerful. Rating this work specifically 10/10. Would definitely come back to this store, especially if I get the pleasure of talking to that scrumptious gentleman that was working.

The staff is very nice, Jean from the hardware/ tools is the best, never had customer service like it anywhere

I just love this town. This store has the friendliest customer service. I was able to find what I needed very easily.

Stopped here to pick up some sandpaper and other things on way back home.
Aisles are a tad crowded right now (they are already putting out Christmas Decor). Clearance stuff hit or miss overall

Service help not to difficult to find. Friendly cashier noted. Lots of plants to choose from and some special priced. Returns are easy if store card is used. Bought a lot of appliances from this company.

I picked up 2 Southern Magnolias. The ladies that helped us were tremendous. They went out of theire way to get us everything we needed. The trees a tremendously beautiful!

All of our high quality lumber is purchased here for various projects. Beginning of a custom changing table from Burch.

Second time in a row. I get to the cashier and she shuts off the light and walks away telling me someone else will help me same lady of African decent I'm not racist and I blew the first time off but two in a row?

Nice people. If u want to get experience go to lawn and garden they are the nicest people in the world and hard working women

The man in the his Department I think his name was John in the plumbing department who's very knowledgeable about his department and very knowledgeable about Plumbing

Bought 4 washing machines within a 1 and a half year time. They were whirlpool with out the agitator. Had to pay full price for new washer. Manager was not helpful at all!

My wife went in to get prices on a washer and dryer. Spoke with a young man named Gavin and because of his professional assistance decided to make the purchase. This young man very much impressed my wife with his knowledge and his willingness to help her make the best decision. Lowes should be proud to have such an employee. The scheduling, delivery and setup was very professional and greatly appreciated. Hard to find such good service. Thank you.

Of all the big box stores I like Lowe's best. The one here in Defuniak Springs has usually got pretty much anything I need in the way of plumbing hardware or tools. The staff is all friendly and unlike Walmart they do admit if they don't know unlike at Walmart they won't know but they'll give you some silly answer anyway. Also they have come in very handy when I needed to put a roof on my house and didn't have the money for it they gave me very good terms, and a very fair interest rate.

Great selection of plant's. And the clearance rack in garden is packed full of great deals. My new favorite Lowe's.

Wide variety of items, practical layout parking adequate buggies/ lumber carts / electric carts in good working order. Bathrooms clean and supplied well. Staff is knowledgeable in their respected fields

Best Lowe's around. By far, best service, most friendly & knowledgeable staff. I prefer to give my Lowe's money to this store.

The is one of the horrible Lowe's I been to. Every thing is expensive no clearance and the staff are rude maybecause they know Home Depot is in Milton. I do not like the service rather drive to Milton.
Went to Lowe's again on 7/9. No one wanted to help had to grab some other person out of another department to help. Better to drive to Crestview!
