Called about a replacement part on a cutter. Seemed knowledgeable and referred me to go on line and find someone else as he was traveling and would not be back in the office until next week. I explained that I was not in a hurry that I would just like to get a price as I have other cutters so I could wait. Then his wife screams in the background that they are on vacation. I apologize and tell him he should just leave a message on his phone if he doe not want to be disturbed on his vacation.
I contacted another dealer GTS Graphic Solutions in Acworth, Ga.
Claudette there was very helpful. I would suggest not wasting your time with this guy.
