Been coming to this salon for years and really never had an issue, and if I did they fixed it right away. Julie is my go to girl, always does the best!

AMAZING first time experience. Call ahead. I got the prettiest new years nails for a great price! So gentle and nice! Will be returning.

They don't respect customer service. I went with an appointment and they told me I had to wait another half hour. They don't care about the customer at all.

Clean nail salon. Julia did my nails I love it didn’t take too much of my nails that I knew sat quickly and nicely.

This is my second time and they were as nice as the first time I called ahead to see if I could walk in and there was no issue. The girl who did my toes she was so sweet

This place is hands down a 10+ ten ten & his brother are the dopest nail artists I've been to! Will not go anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and the environment was very clean. I was in and out in less than an hour and love how my toes came out.

I really liked it here everyone was pleasant; the nail salon was very pretty inside and the chairs that you sit in for pedicure were very comfortable. It was also very clean inside.

I was able to get right in without an appointment because they have plenty of technicians. I appreciate that my tech didn't push me to get gel when I said I didn't want it. I had a wonderful, relaxing pedicure.

Horrible customer service, they have an online system to make appointments and then they call you to change the person you selected or if you still want the original person selected then they want to change the time of your appointment. This is the second time this happens, first time I took it as a mistake but like the saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Also on the weekend you always have kids running around make it hard for the customers to relax and enjoy the service. A real shame because I liked how they did nails. Would not return

My mother in law did not like her nails so I called the nail salon back the same day to see if she can come in to fix it and with no charge. They said she can come back and they will take a look and see what can be done. I reiterated to ensure she would not be charged to fix and they said “no they don’t charge to fix it”. Long story short she was charged another $45 on top of her $60 messed up nails- Also talking poorly about her while fixing her nails in another language not knowing that I can understand them. As someone who works in a salon myself. This type of salon is what gives the beauty industry a bad rep and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. A quick money grab establishment, come here if you want terrible customer service and sloppy overpriced nails.

I have tried many nail shops. But by far this is the place to go. Yes. It is a bit pricey. But I rather pay a bit more and love my nails every.single.time. Not even kidding. My nail tech is Julie and she is the sweetest. Takes her time and does it to perfect. Love her -

My family and I have enjoyed their services for almost 2 years. We are never disappointed and love the laid-back, warm atmosphere, and high quality end results. My most recent endeavor is delicate simple nail art. Julie is an extremely talented young woman. I am in awe with her custom and extraordinary creations. I look forward to seeing what she creates for me the next time!

Hands and toes are perfect thank you! I find it hard to find a place that does my nails how I like them and it’s my 3rd time going to LT nails and spa and so far they haven’t disappointed me. This will be my place from now on.:)

Rude on the phone. Would not honor a gift card given to me as a gift. Will NEVER go there in person and recommend you don’t either!

Service was fine. In and out in 40 minutes. My problem was the $15 up charge for a glitter top coat. Yes, you read that right $15! No mention of an up charge at all. Not to mention it wasn’t even what I wanted just what I picked out of the options they had. She tried to justify it by saying it was a design up charge…. Glitter? A design? I’ve been many times before but after today… I won’t be back.

I live in Georgia and come down to see Anna for my lashes. She’s amazing! The whole staff is super friendly. Nails and pedicures are the best and most relaxing. Every time I’m on vacation I got to stop by!

It's too bad that ZERO STARS is not an option. I wasn't going to leave a negative review until I went back in to speak to someone about fixing one of my nails and my experience was even worse. I had the worst manicure of my life 3 days ago. I was cut in 2 places and left with polish all over my hands. When the tech couldn't get the polish off using remover, she literally started filing my skin! I had to yell at her to stop. I went back in today because I already had chipping. When I showed the pictures I had taken 3 days ago and said what had happened, no reaction. Nothing. They said my hands were fine. I could mention many other things that they also did wrong but bottom line. AVOID THIS PLACE

I went there today and they were able to get me in before they closed which I really appreciated. However during my service the tech cut me and kept spraying alcohol on the cut. I could have gotten past that if the white gel would have come out nice but it didn’t, the paint is uneven and patchy. I’m really disappointed with it especially since I had to pay $60.
