Highly recommend this company. We've purchased several security equipment with them. One of them after two years had problems and within a week the equipment was replaced free of charge. Our original salesman wasn't there so Shariely is our current representative. She's amazing! She corresponds, returns calls and emails within 24 hrs. There prices are unbeatable and their equipment are of good quality. Will continue to purchase from them. Very good people. Thank you LTS for all your help.

I have no clue how the high rating has been achieved by this company, but I can only guess that’s it’s been manipulated somehow. We spent thousands on equipment and installation and it became a nightmare less than year in. The nightmare has only continued with less than two years. The company is a Chinese owned business, so the only recourse is a lawsuit against a foreign company with obscure ownership. Anyone, whether it be a security professional, an LTS salesperson, or installer, who recommends this junk has only their own interests in mind. The technology, equipment, and software are all totally unreliable in my experience on multiple occasions when I’ve actually needed it to all work together after having incidents occur. The tech support absolutely refuses to assist end users for even the most basic of assistance, like how to extract footage from the DVR to a thumb drive. Typically, if you’re calling for that, it’s because you’ve already gone through all of the instructions and prompts, but it’s not working. And they probably don’t want to help because they know they have issues with the technology. In less than one year I’ve had to replace multiple expensive cameras and the DVR. They replaced under warranty, but the replacements were inferior to the original purchase. I could go on, but I hope at least what I’ve written here will give you enough to convince to look elsewhere for your surveillance equipment purchase. After another failure on both the support side and equipment side, I’m now looking to change everything out to something that will give me the peace of mind I was hoping for when the installer and sales person conned me into thinking that I could rely on this equipment to keep an eye on things and rely on the functions they market so heavily. To me, it’s all false advertising and over priced junk.

Very poor company to deal with. We have spent a ton of money with this business and they fail to hold up their end of the warranty. Buyers beware. When they tell you they are going to charge your credit card first they wont refund your money!

LTS has the best Security Cameras and equipment in south Florida also the staff is very friendly and always willing to help I’ve coming here for years and will not change to any other security company just because there products are awesome.

STAY AWAY from this company! Worst customer service, Purchased over $100,000 worth of equipment from this company for last 3 years. They will not replace your defected cameras. All of there cameras get water inside The lens water damage and water will go in the camera they will not REPLACE it I will never buy single product from this company.

Have the worst customer service and not even talking about the warehouse it literally took me 45 minutes waiting to get our equipment they definitely need to do something about it.gonna take my business somewhere else.
