Worst service and their rentals are old, the chairs are rusted and you can see where they trying ed to spray paint them. The tent was not white but grey from how dirty it was. Requested servers and revived a guy who decided that flirting with my guest was more important than being our server and handing out drinks like he was being contacted to do not take shots or drinks while working we also noticed a few of our unopened bottles missing his name is Williams the owners son Lucy which she was even more rude The entire experience was dreadful there was too much back-and-forth with the rentals to begin with she doesn’t know very good English thankfully I know Spanish but it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had I will never use this company ever again I use Christine as Party Rental and imperial Party Rental and moes Party Rental Those three has been amazing to work with I really highly recommend them

Very unprofessional, I do not recommend. I hired 3 servers for an event. I requested the names of the servers for security reasons and was given different names to those who came. Servers arrived 47 minutes after the event had started. I never received a call to let me know they were late and I had to call the owner 3 times to find out what was happening. After following up with her several times (she said she was busy at another event and never called me back) she told me they were in a different address and that “things happen” and I just had to wait. Once they arrived, I got two other excuses - all three reasons for the delay were very different. The service was very unprofessional and extremely disorganized. Guests never received the coffee that was offered, one of the servers in the bar did not know what prosecco was, some had attitude, bottles were being opened left and right even though they weren’t being consumed, despite asking to serve the beverage in glasses they opted to give out the water and soda bottles instead. These to name a few examples but there were more. Despite all of this, I never received a call or email from the owners. I sent an email expressing my frustration and requesting a refund for the 45 minute delay of the three servers and the owners chose to ignore my ask. It’s been 10 days since the event and they have yet to respond and issue the refund. And, I do have confirmation that they received and read the email. Neither owners nor servers were professional - I will never use them again and do not recommend them.
